We stopped here on a day when there was really not much else open in town. It's an old-school type of pub with no pretensions at all, but its old-fashioned small-town feel is quite appealing. There's a bistro area and a dining room and all the usual pub staples are on offer. My rump steak was perfectly cooked and served with a fresh salad and good thick chips. Nothing to complain about there. My partner's barramundi was OK- nothing special but satisfying. If you're after good value, hearty, unpretentious pub food, this is worth a try.
