Reviews on Pub food in Brasilia, Federal District, Brazil. Renowned for its modernist lines and futuristic design, Brasilia is a study in urban planning and the only city built in the 20th century to be counted among UNESCO's World Heritage Sites. Where only five years before its inception there was desert, now there are innovative buildings and imaginative monuments, ranging from the hyperboloid Cathedral of Brasilia to the lunar-esque Complexo Cultural da Republica to the glass-box Palacio da Alvorada.

My wife and I went this weekend to this not so new place yet because of a friend`s enthusiastic recommendation and the information that this has been considered one of Top sushi places in BrasÃlia in recent selections. We went for the all-you-can-eat option. And it earned its recognition fairly for its sushis - wonderful presentation, great taste, very creative. Some exquisite chef`s options even on the all-you-can-eat option, when at many other comparative restaurants, the owners don`t dare add these to the more Ëpopular" option. And we really liked the bitterness of the chocolate on the dessert harumaki with banana. However, my wife possibly won`t return, because she doesn`t eat the raw fish and goes to these restaurants because of the hot options, like the miso shiro and yakissoba, especially if there are shrimp dishes. And all the warm options were either too salty or, in the case of the shrimp options, nothing to rave about.Though I can't wait to return and have those sushis, it'll be difficult, as my wife really has no plans to return, and we usually go out together for special lunches like this one. On some other notes: the serving team has been praised in other evaluations and they are very attentive when they get to the table, but as often is the problem in BrasÃlia, sometimes one has to wave one`s hands or even shout out to get their attention. Why does it always seem that they serve and disappear? Also, enjoyed the fact that a very good tea was part of the all-you-can-eat package. It's not always the case at competitive restaurants.

This a place to be and cellebrate with friends and significant ones. They normally accept reservations for half of the seats, so unless you book in advance you will not be able to seet near the windows and enjoy an explendid view of the lake. Nevertheless, the food an service are very good. Expect a very crowded place towards the end of the week.

Opened in 1997 at 210 South, the Universal Restaurant is a landmark in the gastronomy of the federal capital. Run by Chef Mara Alcamim, two decades ago, it remains one of the most popular addresses in Brasilia, famous for its fun and irreverent atmosphere
It is a very special place different from many others in Brasilia. The deko is very funky like a theater or something like that. Different styles combient with good and cosy illumination. The waiters are quick and friendly. The food was very good and the winecard has many options. The music is on a good level so you can have a conversation without talking loud. We really liked the place.

Noise, dozen of flies.... If you don't mind these two events during lunch or dinner, this is the place. The food was warm, almost cold. I ordered a filet with onions and garlic, farofa and fries. The fries were cold.

Fausto e Manoel é uma rede de bares que estão espalhados em várias quadras em BrasÃlia.
Was a little worried when we went on a Saturday night and was only half full at 8:30. Not to worry, was among the best buteco food we have had in a while. Although the menu is very deep, what they do, they do well. Had an assortment plate of bacalhau, kibe, mandioca, carne seca, and linguica calabresa. All of high quality product. Caipirinhas are made by the server who takes that order. As you have several people working your table, the challenge is to find out which one makes the best.
