The service was great but the food was pretencious without delivering.Every dish sounded great until you got to the last ingredient where they were trying to be clever, but it just didn't work.The Bahn Mi was an insult to bahn mi everywhere.Instead of a traditional french roll they had some soft and mealy bread. . I put the bread aside and didn't eat it. Instead of pickled daikon they had plan carrots and small red american radishes. Instead of home made mayo and a smear of liver pate there was a big mac style creamy sauce. The pork belly was over cooked and dry. There was just nothing commendable about this sandwhich . They need to find one style of food and get good at it.

Used to be a fun happy hour destination. No ore. The menu has been reduced, and the offerings are just not well prepared. We had the most meatless ribs! Uninspired chicken tenders. And dreadful fries! Plus, the happy hour cabernet was undrinkable. There are a lot of eateries in this town. Madison's will have to up its game if it hopes to survive. The anemic crowd should signal the management as much.

Second visit to this great fun and buzzy restaurant. Food, cocktails and service wonderful.We sat outside and were very well looked after by our server. The calamari tower starter was delicious and Mahi mahi salad was amazing . In fact all dishes looked and tasted greatWill be returning soon Alan,Thank you for your review and feedback. We have frequented many different Flanigans in different locations over the years but this was not one of our better experiences.It was about 930 on a Thursday evening a bit late for the Boca area but we spotted Flanigans and decided to stop.A short 15 minute wait and we were seated,the bar was packed with patrons watching the NFL game a bit loud as expected. We then waited about 10 minutes before a waiter came over and asked if we had decided what we wanted,and I told him you have not even taken our drink order yet,he apoligized and said he just switched with a waitress that knew the patrons at another table. I said fine and ordered 2 beers for me and my wife.He came back about 10 minutes later with the beers and asked if we wanted anything else or just a check?They were not rude but seemed to have no idea what was going on.At that point we got our check left cash on the table drank half our beer and left.Ended up getting a pizza down the block and bringing it back to our hotel and eating it there.A bad experience to say the least.
