Friendly old fashioned pub with a great atmosphere with top live entertainment 52 weeks of the year open 365 days of the year. great bar prices and well kept beer and pet friendly
I travel all over the country for my particular business, mainly to review small guest houses for a new internet business. I only visited this pub because it was around the corner from a guesthouse I was staying at.Thereâs no need to write too much here,as others have but I will say, that if I was asked to review this pub for a national magazine I would refuse. There is nothing nice I can say, Iâm very sorry, but the decor is so outdated, the nicotine ceiling actually makes you feel unwell, filthy with deep yellow stains all over it. The wallpaper is hanging off, the carpet is filthy, I genuinely thought they were going for the eighties look intentionally. There is dust everywhere all over the lights, the tables are sticky, the floor is sticky. The bar was covered in ants and had pieces missing from it. The last reviewer was correct, the glasses you could see behind the bar were all dirty. The smell of urine is overpowering. The bar staff are just downright miserable, they donât even like the place themselves.Thankfully there are some decent pubs not a stones throw away from this one.I, however, am glad I donât have to visit it again.

Visited here with family for a Sunday lunch catch up. We were quickly shown to our reserved table by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. I chose to have the 2 course Sunday lunch. Our order was swiftly taken. I picked roast Turkey which was served with mashed and roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and 3 different veg. For desert I chose cheesecake which was light and creamy. Good food and value for money. Serving staff are excellent

The Bloomfield Brewhouse on Bloomfield Road in Blackpool has undergone a drastic transformation, after a £500,000 investment the Bloomfield Brewhouse reopened its doors on August 21st 2015. Offering 8 cask ales, a wide range of craft beers, craft ciders a
Booked this venue for a Paranormal Investigation toured and agree a fee with the Landlord started selling tickets for the event and everything was fine then a few nights ago my event was cancelled as they had decided to book out the rooms. Asked me if we would move to a midweek date but that was not possible because guests can not come during the week due to work commitments and that is why all our events are on a weekend. Landlords reply when told I wasn't happy that they are a pub and B&B first and thats why he decided to take bookings on the night we were supposed to be there. I have no problem with that but don't agree to hold an event there if at anytime you can cancel it. I wont be visiting the Bloomfield ever again
