We called in on the way home from a ski trip to Andorra. The bar was busy as it was Friday night but the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome and proud of their restaurant. They found us a table even though space was scarce and dug out some English language menus . One waiter spoke good English another waitress spoke excellent English ( We later learned she teaches English and French). The tapas we ordered was all tasty. Meatballs, calamari ( both rings and baby squid), gambas, upside down(?) Tuna, fries, brouschetta The bill was very reasonable â¬62 for 8 different dishes 4 desserts 2 soft drinks and 4 small beers. We would definitely eat here again when travelling up to Andorra. I great place to stop and enjoy traditional Spanish village life and tapas.

We had a family reunion lunch in the new restaurant "El Forn". It is a culinary jewel able to successfully please the age range of 1.5 to 75 years old. It is a casual restaurant, although with a unique cuisine: the fusion of Catalan gourmet with the American staples of hamburgers, and 'finger'-dishes. Although it is not meant to be sophisticated, it results in a very unique culinary success. The format is a combination of tapas to tradicional dishes, with the possibility to tilt it to either side. The restaurant, in the city of Berga, offers unique discovery and exploratory opportunities. Out of the beaten path of the main Catalan tourist routes, although amazingly close to Barcelona, Berga and the Berguedà county, take pride on its authenticity and charmed roughness; it that does not go out of its way to assimilate to cliche tourist expectations. The county, rich in medieval art, with over 100 romanesque churches, ranging from the 9th through the 13 the centuries, it lays in the path of the 'bonshommes" who escaped persecution out of the castles of Provence, by the French and Vatican armies of the middle ages. The region is also the site of baby dinosaur breeding grounds, a Gaudi old factory and park grounds (La Pobla de Lillet), the delightful medieval city of Bagà and the impressive Pyrenees mountains of Cadi and Pedraforca, as well as the unique towns of Gironella, Puigreig, Josa del Cadi and Gòsol. From Barcelona, you can reach Berga by an Alsa bus (out of Estació del Nord, Barcelona), with a direct ride of 1.5 hours.
Ideal para ir sin niños, ya que tienen buena carta de cocktails.Mucha variedad de licores, sobretodo de ginebras, aunque un poco caro de precio.Nota: 8/10.
