This restaurant is great for chilling out, drinking a few beers or wines, watch the rugby and enjoy the day with family and friends. There are a variety of foods. The foods are very tasty and you will definitely have enough. Big portions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will enjoy their food any day again.
Ebotse Wilde Grass overlooks the stunning Rynfield dam in Benoni. Surrounded by the only links golf course in Gauteng, Wilde grass is the perfect place to escape the hustle of the city. More than a restaurant, an experience.
Wilde grass restaurant has a lovely tranquil feeling with beautiful views over the Ebotse Estate. Sit back and enjoy ice cold drinks while watching water-skiing on the dam or soak up the magnificent sunsets from the expansive balcony. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, with the butter chicken curry being my absolute favourite! The menu is versatile, catering for tastes cross the board. I dine there regularly and have never been disappointed with my meal. The venue also caters for functions such as weddings, conferences and parties. There is a kiddies room on site.

This place was previously known as ZIR - a carwash and restaurant. I havenât been there for a while... BUT... I heard itâs under new management... and now I will definitely visit more often! What a nice surprise!1. The food was excellent! We had the snack baskets, and a braai-pack option with salads etc! I can highly recommend this. 2. There are a nice area for kids to play. Swings, trampoline, foefie slide, and also a nice dirt track for kids bikes!3. On the one side of the restaurant, there is a lovely view over the pan. 4. There are outside and inside seating, and a lovely deck upstairs. 5. The shooters are super interesting! A definite MUST do!!6. My daughter loved the juke box! Nice to choose your favorite oldies and the latest music for the younger generation. 7. The restaurant is open at night as well now (not sure which nights). 8. And, you can have all this fun while having your car washed! Wow! Nice for a group of friends, family or Moms taking a break while their kids play!
This is one of those pubs that you cannot just drive past without stopping in to say hi and grab a drink.Massive selection of craft beer, excellent food menu, great staff.. Winner..

I am not impressed with the burgers and definitely not the chips. I ordered a take away and the chips were cold, old and dried out and the explanation was some BS that's because it's thin fries and "crispy". I think I know the difference between old stale chips and crispy. The burgers were just as awful with clearly old breadrolls. I had Rocomamas from Randburg awhile ago that was outstanding food! I will not be back!Hello freecherokee44, That is not rockin' at all. Wonât you please pop us a mail with your deets & a copy of this review --> [email protected] so we can get in touch with you directly to discuss this further.Cheers,Casey

Mcginties has been in Northmead Square for quite a number of years but has moved to the top floor after a recent mall re vamp.Itâs lost nothing of its vibe however and still serves a cool Guinness!I ordered liver & onions and was not disappointed although the mash was a little bland and thin. The place has a reasonable menu, was clean and the service was prompt.
