Food here is average and predictable. Pretty much exactly what youâd expect. The drinks can be downright bad if you donât specify the type of liquor to use. Had the worst gin and tonic Iâve ever had. Even asked the bartender what gin she used. She held up some generic bottle and shrugged. It ruined the meal to be sure.

Seems like a lot of mixed reviews, but we thought the service was great, the food was good, and most importantly the beer was cold. They offered a nice balance of microbrews and domestics. Comfortable vibe. Would we go back? Yep.

I was staying nearby and since I have been downtown before, I thought I would try Gravity which was close by. The service is great and there was "no crap on tap"!The appetizers were great - get the pretzel bites and beer cheese - YUM!

Friendly service. Our lunch was served in about 9 minutes!! Bowl of tomato bisque was very filling and tasty. Not overly spicy, very thick. Also enjoyed was the special soup and half a Reuben sandwich. Both $6. Soup choice was a very nice vegetable beef. Happy hour starts at 11 am. Looked like some regulars and business people were enjoying their lunches. We spotted a giant chips and cheese and what looked like fish and chips. Small menu, but good variety. Easily reached off 28th St or the airport. Hotel right next door if overnight before a flight. Keno available at bar. Lots of seating at bar and dining room.

Travelling and this place is close to the airport motels... good choice for dinner. We shared a hot pretzel that came with beer cheese & mustard dip. Then I had a tasty spinach salad with various toppings, spouse had brisket sandwich with chips. Not being a big beer drinker, I liked that they offered 6 oz. sizes. Enjoyed a cherry beer, then a blueberry one. Spouse liked the IPA, had a couple full-sized ones!.Service was good & friendly. Guitar player started (Sat. evening) & was singing Jason Mraz, etc. Nice!

This is still a quiet place for dinner, but the southwest menu items offer fewer choices for entrees than our last visit a little less than two years ago. I don't know about breakfast (served all day) or lunch, but was disappointed in the dinner selections, although the southwest chicken stir fry was good. Not the best place for cocktails either and they ran out of tonic water...what bar does that? Service was good and attentive, but very inexperienced, especially about drink orders. Good value, but didn't meet our expectations based on our previous visit.

We had some friends meet us here for their Thanksgiving brunch. Everything was very good. They had prime rib, turkey, ham, deviled eggs, stuffing, chicken, potatoes, salad, fresh fruits and plenty of desserts. Service as good and plenty of seating. Best to make a reservation.

We moved to the area in January. In the midst of the worst weather in years, Pour House was the only place open one evening. Despite the place being very crowded, we were given a friendly greeting while we waited for seating. The chefs specials all looked interesting, I chose a beef short rib which was one of the best Iâve had, with a buttery, flavorful gravy and a side of smashed potatoes. So huge we took some home. My wife enjoyed the butter filet, rare, and the owner came to our table to explain the cooking process they use for it including a unique butter poaching. Cooked to perfection and delicious. We also recommend the calamari. Bar has a good craft beer selection and the cocktails are generous and well made. A great discovery, we canât stay away for long!

This upstairs cafe has a good menu, but the best thing there is the Fish & Chips. The fish is fresh and fried in a potato chip batter. It is the best I ever had. The portions are large and the pace is easy. It is worth the short drive from Grand Rapids to Ada.
