My family and I try and keep up with traditions by going out to dinner, as a family. We have decided that Mozambik Silver Lakes is the best restaurant in Pretoria by far! My mother swears by the Calamari (drenched in their freshly made garlic lemon and herb sauce) and Prawns! And I mean, she isn't wrong! I can't pass up the opportunity to enjoy their beautifully cooked baby chicken with coconut rice either, and to top it up their creme caramel is the highlight of our visit. The staff are amazing, the waiters are always friendly and make every visit personal.Hi AjA444,This review is just AMAZING! Thank you so much for taking the time to give us this feedback! We love hearing about our customers experience as this allows me to feed this information back onto the staff and chefs at the store who make the magic happen, they will be so thrilled! :) We hope every customer experiences that personal touch and we are so grateful for your support. We hope we will be welcoming you back again soon!

My neighbour and I decided to try out a new restaurant. Situated at Faeriedale Shopping Centre, Cliffendale Drive Faerie Glen, Pretoria.Walking in reminded me very much of a Portuguese restaurant in the South of Johannesburg about 40 years ago, as well as some places in Porto. The décor is kitchen tables very casual. Owner managed, one gets a nice feeling as you walk in. a family restaurant. Our server was Donald, very good, well spoken and sense of humour. The menu is very Mediterranean with Greek, Portuguese plus South African dishes and Pizzas. The kitchen faces into the restaurant, nice. You can see them cooking and get all the smells. To start off we ordered a bottle of Knorhoek dry white. Excellent choice at R110We skipped the starters and headed for the mains.A Peri-Peri deboned half chicken and chips for my neighbour and a Lemon and Herb deboned half chicken with chips for myself.Judging by the clean plates and satisfied smiles, the food was really good.To finish off the meal another bottle of Knorhoek. Will we go again? YES!We will take our wives with us.Hey Phil1949Johannesburg - thank you for the amazing review and all 4 stars. Trust you will have a blessed 2019 and look forward to have you over with your wife's in 2019! Claude & Louise
