Between 1 June 1975 and 31 December 1998 Legnica was the capital of the Legnica Voivodeship. It is currently the seat of the county and since 1992 the city has been the seat of a Diocese. I must admit I was in "Oberza" for a family occasion, so I cannot comment neither on the menu (the dishes were chosen by the person who organised the meeting) nor on prices (as I was, luckily, not the person who had to pay).The restaurant is quite spacious, which makes it a good place for weddings and other meetings for large groups, but I wouldn't rather recommend it for a romantic date. The design matches the name "Oberza" (tavern) and is very traditional, with wooden elements and an interesting ceiling.Food is also traditional, Polish cuisine (at least the dishes which were chosen for the meeting), but it's fresh, really tasty and portions are generous.

We were greeted quickly and offered a choice of tables. It was obvious that we speak no Polish so a menu with sub titles in English was quickly produced. Drinks orders were taken straight away and delivery was prompt.The menu gave a wide choice. Unfortunately one of our chosen meals was 'off'. The second choice was excellent. Service was attentive throughout and our waitress clearly enjoyed our attempts to communicate. Good fun. Not what could be called haute cuisine but good honest food at a very reasonable price

Kolejna recenzja restauracji floren, napisana przeze mnie niestety nie może byÄ już na 5 gwiazdek. Z wielkim żalem muszÄ stwierdziÄ, że poziom, który restauracja reprezentowaÅa po otwarciu, systematycznie spada. Ze wzglÄdu na liczne wpadki, postanowiÅem zrobiÄ sobie dwu tygodniowÄ przerwÄ, a teraz po dwóch wizytach, wystawiÄ tÄ recenzjÄ.To co bylo przeze mnie chwalone na poczÄ tku, gdzieÅ siÄ ulotniÅo. Np dziÅ otrzymaliÅmy tatara, którego ÅwieżoÅÄ budziÅa wÄ tpliwoÅÄ (co przy tatarze jest niepokojÄ ce - miÄso byÅo ciepÅe, i miaÅo dziwny posmak - a tatara jadÅem we Florenie wielokrotnie, wiÄc wiem jak kiedyÅ smakowaÅ). Krem z pomidorów miaÅ dziwny kolor (brÄ zowy) co w okresie âpomidorowego szczytu sezonuâ jest też zastanawiajÄ ce. W smaku nie byÅ też taki jak wczeÅniej, jakby nieco rozcieÅczony. SaÅatka z Halloumi byÅa Årednio dopracowana, brakowaÅo jej np. orzechów i ogólnie nie byÅa zachwycajÄ ca. MiÄso w burgerze wysuszone, frytki jakby gorszej jakoÅci, daiquiri (które oryginalnie powinno byÄ z kruszonym lodem) podane w ogóle bez lodu...Przykro, ale majÄ c na uwadze aspiracje Florena do bycia topowÄ restauracjÄ w Legnicy, dbaÅoÅÄ o ÅwieżoÅÄ, dopracowanie i detale potraw jest niezwykle istotne. Jako że jestem legniczaninem, zależy mi na tym, żeby móc dobrze zjeÅÄ, ale obsÅuga Florena zalicza zbyt dużo wpadek.Ocena na 3* jest w odniesieniu do przywoÅanych aspiracji restauracji. Nadal jest lepsza od wielu lokali w Legnicy, ale jeÅli chodzi o regularnoÅÄ niestety sÄ lepsze.Å»yczÄ powodzenia i do zobaczenia za jakiÅ czas.

It's not obvious to use Qubus Legnica Restaurant if you're in the center. But they really do their best. Every quarter they change menu which is split: fixed and seasonal one. This time I tried the latter one: wild boar as a starter (very nice with baked apple and some wild mushrooms - it's a pity there were only two tiny pieces of meat there) and beef streak with papardelle and horseradish (you get the taste after some time). As always I enjoyed draught beer (Guinness). A bit expensive (35 PLN for the starter and 49 PLN for the main dish, 16 PLN/pint) but it was worth it. And their service is good (helpful but not intrusive). It's a pity that they skipped a shot of mead - it was such a nice accent!

I found this place by chance as I wanted to stop for a quick bite and I was really surprised by the good service and tasty food. The bar is pretty new I believe and very nicely decorated. It felt really cosy. The staff were also very friendly. I will for sure recommend to others. Great find!

Do restauracji KrÄta6 przyjechaÅem sceptycznie nastawiony - poprzednia restauracja w tym miejscu nie przypadÅa mi do gustu. WnÄtrze jest schludne i raczej minimalistyczne, ale Åadne :) ObsÅuga bardzo miÅa, Pani uÅmiechniÄta i bardzo pozytywna. MyÅle wiÄc sobie - jest nieźle na poczÄ tek :)No i jedzenie: rosóŠi smalec z chlebem na przystawkÄ - super smaczneDalej nadziewany pomidor i schab z ziemniakami i mizeriÄ - rewelacja.A na dodatek niezwykle uprzejma Pani pożyczyÅa mi Powerbank :)Na koniec ceny - pozytywne :)Szczerze polecam, w Legnicy to jedna z najlepszych restauracji! Considering that it is an Italian restaurant in a sopping mall in Poland, I can say that the food was good and the service was friendly. The bruschetta that we shared as an appetiser was nice (although I'm not 100% sure about the poached egg...) and so was the salad with rocket, mozzarella and tomatoes.

Ceasar salad was great, Czech beer surprised me with the quality (for 7zÅ!) and a plate of bread with smalec ("pig jam") - very tasty. The interior is not impressive, neither the service (basic), but the food is really nice.

Authentic and food as our mom wish she could make it. Nearly nothing is changed in the restaurant in many years, and yet its a modern place with wery good food and nice staff. Go there and enjoy the place and food.

Evening meal with family, exactly what we wanted. Nice not having tables crammed in together. The welcome might not have been the friendliest but with hindsight when you arrive late on a national holiday you may not be the most popular. However our waitress was efficient, the starters of prunes in bacon and fried cheese rapidly disappeared. Cheese soup was excellent, perhaps just needed crunchier croutons, main course of pork fillet with mushrooms was very tender and had an excellent flavour. Potato pancakes with salmon was a slightly lighter dish taken by one of us. The portions are large so bring your appetite. Price for a party of four was very reasonable.
