Discover Restaurants offering the best Pizza food in Venice, Province of Venice, Italy. For centuries Venice has been defined by its otherworldly presence. Divided into six sestieri (districts), the city is split by the Grand Canal, snaking through Venice in a backwards “S” formation. Water here is a means of communication, connecting its parts as well as opening the city to the outside world. People move themselves and cargo by foot and boats of all types. A city of great contrasts, the strength and beauty of Venice are perpetually challenged by its great fragility – constant study, repair, resourcefulness, and vigilance maintain a very delicate balance here.

The pizza here was very tasty. A thicker pizza but still tasty. The white pizzas were lovely. Especially the cauliflower and broccoli one.

Taste the kitchen's delights on our pleasant and spacious terrace that will give you a wonderful view of the Venetian lagoon. Don't miss our main hall, illuminated by precious chandeliers created by Murano Glassworks artists. The realistic industrial styl
Nice setting and very good views. Food was slightly underwhelming (although big portion for price paid). The octopus seems not the freshest or perhaps itâs not been char grilled enough. The pizza has soggy bottom. Aperitif spritz with not enough ice.

My niece and I stayed a weekend in Venice and fortunately for us Antico Panificio was close by. We dined here the first evening and had a great time. Food delicious and the staff great. We returned the following night, and were recognised immediately. A glass of wine on the house each and yet another delicious meal. We both loved this restaurant. So much nicer than the crowded eateries near the tourist traps at Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge.

We went to this restaurant conveniently located near the Rialto bridge. The atmosphere was stunning and the restaurant itself was quiet even though it was parallel to the Grand Canal. Since it was not busy, service speed was rapid with food of large portion sizes. They do not have a service charge however, the food is fairly expensive. The food is quite tasty and their meats are succulent. They also have a plethora of vegetarian dishes.

We wanted to have dinner near our hotel as we had done a lot of walking during the day. After reading lots of reports on Venice we took advice and looked for restaurants away from the main squares and found Muro San Stae. The waiter was very friendly and we had a nice window table although it was still warm enough to eat outside. We both Chose the Calzone. I had "Calzone Jack" filled with egg, meat and assorted vegetables. My wife had the "Muro Supprise"which was done to secret recipe but contained various meats. Both were absolutely amazing in both size (see photo) and flavour. Considering that we were in the centre of Venice the bill which of 48 euros was very reasonable as we also shared a carafe of wine and bottled water. Next time we are in Venice, we will return for sure.

We ate here twice and each time we had Arif as our waiter. He is outstanding! Speaks excellent English and has a great personality. He made great recommendations and always assured us if we didnât care for something heâd change it out for us. The food was good but nothing to rave about. Itâs a quiet place with lots of locals. It was a little chilly so we ate inside both times and it was very nice. Located about 10 minute walk from train station.

The waitress was really hard working, but she was one of the best waitress that could english, and made sure every customer was happy even tho there was busy. i got a Ai formaggio (pizza with 4 different cheese and tomatosauce) i ordered ham and garlic oil, she forget to tell it to the chef, but when i have eaten 1 slice, she made sure that it got in the oven again for a few minutes. and it was the best pizza out of the 2 i got, when visiting.we got some chips free before the food and 3 shots for free to end of the night. if i ever is gonna come to venice, this would be my favorite place.

A few days with friends and to avoid the mayhem around St Marks I found this perfect hideaway! A good start to the fag with coffee, cheese and ham paninni served by the Russian princess - book early for dinner as it fills up very quickly after 7pm! The staff are perfect and a complement to the establishment - to mention a few Luca, Maria, Marco, Alex, Kasi and the beautiful Dominican Princess - Jenny! Hope to see you all again soon! Stephen....

I'll start with the pros. The two restaurant managers were extremely nice and friendly. The musician was great. Food was good. Would I say outstanding, no, but combined with the friendliness of the managers, the great music and lovely restaurant ambiance I would tell people to try it. But stay away from the waitress - not sure if there is more than one, but the one I had was rude, rolled her eyes, and when we asked for clarification on what type of red sauce, she rudely said "it's read sauce" and walked away. Well, I consider myself a good cook and red sauce is not always red sauce. Is it a heavy sauce? light sauce? We see her vaping outside with the chef (she had been vaping outside when we first walked in). Considering some of the terrible reviews of the waitress, why they haven't gotten rid of her is beyond me. She must be related to someone in the restaurant is all I can fathom. Then to top it off, when my bill came it was wrong by about 20Euros. My husband went through the bill and the only thing on there that was correct was the bottle of wine. So always double check your bill - not only in this restaurant but all restaurants when you travel.
