Located on the corner of the intersection of two streets, Adita looked very inviting when we passed by on a couple of occasions, so decided to head there for an evening meal.We arrived about the right time, as whilst we were dining a queue had formed, so you might be advised to book. I noticed that the staff all wore the same striped bandana which those at San Jose wore, as well as monogrammed aprons (also much like those at San Jose). When I looked at the chefs in the open plan kitchen their aprons were monogrammed âSan Joseâ. So Iâm assuming this place is the same owner/management, so comparisons are now inevitable (see my other review of San Jose).I much preferred the layout and menu at Adita cafe, it felt less formal and more upto date. Despite their being one or two âcrossoversâ on the menu there was enough variance to differentiate it from its sister venue, Adita felt far more Italian influenced and that extended to aspects of the decor too. Service, quality of food and prices were all excellent. Given the choice of returning to one or the other my preference would be for Adita, though you might prefer San Jose.Muchas gracias por su visita y opinión, todo el colectivo de trabajo agradece mucho su opinión, gracias por su tiempo y que se repita la visita.

Probably the best pizza I had during my three weeks in Cuba! Pretty authentic italian crust, perfectly cooked to a crisp. Anyone who loves italian pizza visiting Trinidad has to stop by this place!I have to mention that my girlfriend who ordered a burger without the bread, recieved just a burger with some melted cheese in a bowl. So there is still some potensial! And since this is a restaurant that originally dosen't serve gluten free food I decided I can't let that affect the score.

We have tried street pizza on several occasion while we were traveling around Cuba. The first one we had in Vinales, then Cienfuegos and in Trinidad. It is a great choice for a quick meal, once even we had at Ancon Beach, guys were walking around and selling it, of course for higher price, still worth it.On the streets the prices are listed around 6-10CUC, which actually means the local peso, but we have payed in CUC in the tourist currency. (For example 2 basic pizza for a total 0.50 CUC, we always gave tip, round it up to 1CUC) So it is a bargain!! We ate the basic ones, only cheese, my stomach sometimes funny with this sort of street foods, but in Cuba I was absolutely fine, so I really suggest to give it a go!!

The worst restaurant i have ever been on Cuba. We waited for roasted chicken almost 1h and 30 min and it camd burned. The chicken was literrally Black. No apologize from the restaurant, no reaction at all. At the end waitress added 10% for the service....what service?
