A modest little restaurant off a main street in Tonneins, with a sign board on the corner and in good weather there are tables outside under an awning. Inside it's cosy and intimate with a faintly Italian décor.The pizzas are good but the main draw is the lunchtime menu at 12.50⬠for three courses with wine and coffee : a generous help- yourself buffet, a choices of several dishes of the day or a pizza and a dessert selection (again, help yourself) which is the best I have ever seen at this price range. The service is swift and efficient and the wine perfectly acceptable. It's a bargain at this level and the food is always well cooked. A real find for a very reasonable price.

After a long visit to our family we wanted to eat goog and quick so we choiced to order pizzas. The welcoming was very excellent, the time for waiting was shortly.

We started to visit the restaurant in June 2015 and thought it good value and decent food. We took my father last night to discover that the price for the set meal had increased from 14 euros to 22 euros... Admittedly, the choice was slightly better but not worth nearly 40% increase. I think word had spread, as the restaurant was half empty and soul-less compared to last week. Shame, but we won't be going back...I should mention thought, the waiting staff are always, patient, kind and helpful.

Ce restaurant propose un menu du jour à 13 ⬠avec entrée, plat et dessert. Le choix de plats est correct et la qualité et la quantité sont au rendez-vous, pour une cuisine simple mais de bonne qualité. Le service est sympathique et efficace. En résumé : une bonne adresse pour un déjeuner simple.
