Let me say something in advance: Mamma Assunta's pizza is NOT the typical thin large one you can get in any decent Italian pizza house. I must admit I was a little skeptical when I was served a thick "focaccia" instead. After the first bite however I had to silently apologize: the pizza was absolutely delicious, the ingredients fresh and genuine. The atmosphere was cozy and we really enjoyed our meal there. They have a solid Italian cuisine. For lunch they offer to choose between 4-5 daily menue for a very reasonable price of around CHF 20.- inclusive precourse salad, main dish, 3dl drinks and a coffee. the quality is always good. the waiters very friendly and fast! The only negative point is the venue is quite small and your clothing tastes like Pizza after you leave. But nevertheless a great place where we always like to come and have lunch.

The pizza here is good but the real strong point of this restaurant are the imaginative, delicious, and attractive dishes on offer. I live not too far away and know that I will always have a great meal here. The salad is scrumptious and beautiful to look at. The meat dishes are always a pleasurable adventure. They have an extensive wine list as well. The main room in the restaurant offers a lovely view of the countryside and the terrace in the summer months is cosy and inviting.

SuperMario pizza is really delicious, the choice is very wide and the prices are very good. In the menu you can find every possible flavour combination.The staff is always very kind and friendly.Super Mario has a really convenient offer for students, every take away pizza costs only 10 swiss francs to take away.Since I am a student and I live close to the restaurant I am very often taking their delicious pizza also when I have group works with university peers.I will continue to visit this nice restaurant!

Just like 90% of Italian restaurants outside Italy, this place would close in 3 months if located anywhere in Italy.I tried a vegetarian pizza and I found on it quite a few things that I've honestly never seen on an authentic Italian pizza, like broccoli and spinach, while none of the regular veggie items where present (onions, peppers, eggplants).Also, I'd be curious to know what kind of yeast has been used to get a pasta so little leavened. My colleague went for some kind of factory-made tortelli which were swimming in a super-liquid panna. He didn't complain though.But luckily I found something really Italian: when some friends of the owner arrived for dinner (around 15 minutes later than me), they got the best table and received their pizza right away, while I was still waiting for mine.I won't talk about the price: my pay is in Euros so I'm a bit sensitive about this topic.No wifi available, just in case.Dear Redflix,Thank you for your review about our Ristorante. While we take your review seriously and will use it for further improvements of our restaurant, we also want to point out that, especially when it comes to food, there are just so many different tastes. Case in point is our vegetarian pizza here. There is no standard recipe for a vegetarian pizza. We make it based on the season and availability of the vegetables and that is why it can be different from what you know as vegetarian pizza. Also there are different styles of how to make a pizza. Our pizza is based on the roman pizza style and not what you refer to as an unleavened pizza dough. All of our doughs ferment for 24 hours before they are ready to be used. We had the Pizza Julia and Pizza Vegetariana. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection. The chilli oil was also the spiciest we have had in any restaurant - wow!Will certainly be returning and recommending to others.

Four of us were traveling together on an Aviation related visit to Switzerland. On evening while there we met up with a Gentleman and his who who own a collection of vintage aircraft.It was suggested that we meet at at Restaurant Alter Zoll, in Teufen, Switzerland. A reat choice by the lady and gentleman we were to meet, a warm and friendly greeting at the door by the staff and quickly assigned seating. Our guests joined us after a few minutes; a good variety on the Menu comprising many variations of Italian Pizza and other Italian dishes. The beer so I'm lead to believe was a local brew and seemed to go down well amongst those that consumed it (I'm tee total)There was little to no delay in taking our orders, only a short wait until the main meals were served and then no rushing you to finish the meal to seat others. All in all a very pleasant evening in great company and surroundings.The total for the bill a the end of the evening for six adult meals, seven beers, 2 colas, a mineral water and coffee came in a 138â¬40 (approx £130.00 GBP) When I am next in Tuefen I will be sure to revisit this restaurant

Recommended by the hotel (Sorell) we enjoyed an excellent dinner in a very cozy, busy and plenty of energy place.Very friendly, multilingual and fast staff. Food was delicious, good wine list and reasonable price. Maybe because it was packed, we found it a bit too noisy. Seems to be a very popular place in St.Gallen.
