We have only a walk around Szentendre and we saw a sign with pizza near to the camp. Thought will be great, my cousins daughter wanted it badly. We ordered 2 pizza and soon the waitress gave us frozen pizza. I mean frozen what you can buy in the shop and bake it for yourself. It was really disappointing, but we were hungry...

In the town there is only two good italian restaurant, this is one of them. Good starters, nice pizzas abd desserts. In winter the space could be bigger, but if the weather is good, you should choose the terrace. Good service.

The menu was in hungarian language, and the waiters spoke little English. We figured out the meat by sign language and ordered the specials here. Pretty good pizzas.

Bought a lángos (plain) here for 250 Ft then painted on some white garlic paste sitting in a bowl next to the ordering counter. Good value for giant lángos. Because this little place is near the boat dock, you can munch on your lángos while you wait for boarding time.

The sheer beauty,that is Szentendre,translated from Hungarian to English being St Andrews itself is a sheer tourist joy. This was our second visit to this beautiful magical and fascinating place which holds many treasures from a tourist perspective. The location of La Mia Pizzeria on the main return walk to the railway station we decided to have and we enjoyed a further glass of wine and a cup of earl grey tea. We sat outside and the service friendliness of the waiter staff was delightful. Andrew an I from Australia will return sooner than later.

We have ordered pizza, spaghetti bolognese and grilled chicken with sweet mashed potato. The restaurant is far from the touristic area at the site of the Bükkös stream in a nice enviroment.Everything was ready as they had promised. I had with the staff a short conversation and they were really nice and friendly. The dishes were tasty.

Trattoria Cardinale is a great place for a meal - especially in the summer time when you can sit outside. There is indoor and outdoor seating. They even provide blankets outside for chilly nights. They make delicious homemade lemonade. Every table has a live basil plant in the middle. The menus are in English, Hungarian, and Italian. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
