Lounge had 1 other customer when we arrived... first server took our drink order & wings appetizer. She advised the bartender would be our server. 1st server brought our beer and then we waited... and waited... manager & other person were visiting with the bartender/ server seeming like there was a problem with the tv's. We continued to wait wanting to place an order... st server was sent home. After at least 20 minutes of lots of visiting between the manager & bartender& after trying to get bartenders attention we asked if we were to come to the bar to order or??? She came to the table ... so we asked also about our wings."oh you ordered wings?" . After more visting she went to the kitchen and had perfect timing ( sarcasm) our wings we ready. Our empty bottles should have suggested we may want another.. she did ask.when she brought the pizza. Never came to our table again. Manager came to collect dirty plates & pizza to go. 4 empty bottles left sitting... no offer for more drinks. Next pizza box pushed into bottles with the bill. ... NO TIP. Hi, there. I had a large 6 meat and a greek salad to go.Staff was nice, pizza was really excellent and lots of toppings that are quality and not garbage like some other pizza places, price was decent for the quality.Salad was ok hence the 4 stars.

We had a late check in at our hotel. There was no restaurant at the hotel. We were limited to where we could eat in Swift Current after 8 p.m. on a Sunday, We were glad to find TJ's Pizza and that they could deliver. The pizza was good but it was greasy. You get 2 for 1. The leftover pizza tasted even better the next day (as is the norm with pizza).

My dad had been here once last summer and said we had to stop for lunch on our way by. He recalled the house pizza from last time and we ordered that. It's called "The Traditional" and boasts 9 toppings, including 6 types of meat. Deep dish, obviously. It was incredible!

This is a take out establishment. When I went in to pick up my pizza I saw a well organized, coordinated assembly line putting together a pizza then baked, boxed ready for pick up. The pizza taste more than satisfies your taste buds. Enjoy!

Decided to try pizza Hut as they have a gluten free pizza for my youngest son which may have been one of the better ones and a large Canadian stuffed crust for the rest of the family. The pizza was not bad but for the price their is better in town, still not bad if you need gluten free.

This is a take-out pizza place only. But the front foyer is just fine; it's plain but its clean enough.The pizza is excellent. I recall the former owner (now passed away) having a couple other pizza places (Top's Pizza and a restaurant in Herbert, SK) that were excellent. The new owner has kept the pizza dough and topping exactly the same and the pizzas are just as good as they were years ago.I've had pizza from a number of places in Swift Current and this is by far the best pizza. I recommend asking them to brown the cheese a little extra. It's the final step in pizza perfection.

Read the Trip Advisor reviews and gave this place a try, while passing through Swift Current. Yes, the food is homemade, but it isnât anything spectacular. The interior decor, furnishing, dishes, and washrooms are all painfully dated. No baby change table in the washrooms, so prepare to get creative.Hello MEV20142019 thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am disappointed to here that you believe everything at our restaurant is "painfully" dated. I will agree that we do not have the new trendy looks as the franchises have. But I believe we do offer a clean, comfortable atmosphere with good service and homemade style food for a reasonable price. We apologize about no change table in the washroom. We try to give people the option of using our office for changing thier babies in. Especially if they have a blanket to change thier babies on. I find it to be better than a public change table in the bathroom. It is also difficult to have a change table put in our small sized bathrooms. We sorry that we did not live up to your expectations.

Beautiful atmosphere and very friendly service. We both had delicious roast turkey dinners, which came with a tasty, complimentary Greek custard for dessert, a pleasant surprise. Beer for my friend and a very nice house wine for me. The menu offers a lot of choice and prices are really reasonable. Akropol is located in downtown Swift Current, which looks lovely at night, with tree trunks all lit up. We were impressed by the cleanliness of downtown.
