A sincere thank you to our lovely lad across the way, we had no idea.. you covered our meal. The best of the best was had here, food and friendship, kindness beyond measure.

Pizzeria serving wood fired Neapolitan inspired pies with creative toppings in a rustic, candlelit atmosphere.
Especially with sausage or peppooni topping.Wanted to dismiss this joint as hipster farce. But they are the real deal. Pizza is delicious. They have fountain fruit punch and old scholl bottled cokes.Red plastic booths and plenty of TV's playing Yankee games or old movies. This place is up there for slice pizza in NYC.

The pizzas at Robertaâs are great. No doubt about it. Steaming hot, fresh ingredients and with nice subtle hints of just that extra ingredient.. but my god the prices are steep! The menu mainly consists of cheese pizzas around $20 to add on toppings ranging from $2(the basics) to $5 (the meats).. order two beers and your up to $70 for a lunch or dinner and if the pizza was just that big that you feel youâve eaten enough thatâs a good price but this great tasting pizza just left me a bit hungry afterwards..

From reading other reviews, most likely we are the outlier and caught this place on a bad day. Surly/abrupt staff took our order. Margherita was soft, doughy and flopped all over the place. Cheese was a bit funky. Can vouch for the sesame crust but that's about it.Too many pizza places nearby to give this a second chance.

Pizza, and panuozzi is what youâre there for. Super yummy. Buratta is great too. Great for a casual date or a family early dinner. Unassuming, oozing with authentic Italian flavor, great service.

The place was packed, but the noise level was not too bad. The three of us ate appetizers of chickpeas, beets and eggplant bruschetta. The two pizzas were more than enough for the three of us. We finished our meal with lemon olive oil cake and strawberry sorbet

We were our for a quick easy dinner and found Norma. Professional servers, nice selection of appetizers including the nicest octopus capriccio I have had anywhere in years. Good wine selection (no hard liquor). Pizzas were exceptional. Coffee and dessert great too. Not cheap, but far from expensive. A little loud, but clean and upscale. I be back.

If I could give this 7-stars I would. What was supposed to be a casual birthday dinner turned into an unexpectedly amazing night.Food-wise, the four of us started with the bruschetta and mushroom apps. Both really solid. I got the oregano pizza. As a huge za'atar fan, this might have been my favorite pizza toppings-wise I've ever had. The labneh is what really pulls it together. The pizza itself was very high quality.I was sitting next to a spaghetti carbonara aficionado. Its her litmus test at every Italian restaurant (and she's been to many). She said this was top-3 in the city. The four cheese gnocchi was out of this world. I only had a bite of the birthday boy's dish, but the gnocchi melted in my mouth and the cheeses were blended to perfection.Lastly, the chicken parm was supposedly excellent as well. We were all incredibly satisfied by our meals. At the table next to us were two women who had mouth-watering looking dishes as well. One of them was controlling the music in the restaurant. I'm not entirely sure how it happened, but she put on a song we requested, and we all started clapping and then dancing. Turns out she was the owner! She refilled our drinks, and brought out a birthday tiramisu with a HUGE sparkler. Just look at how happy the birthday boy is - the picture says it all!We ended up hanging out at the restaurant for several more hours. The owner, her friend and the staff were so much fun. Even a spilt glass of red wine and a ruined dress couldn't stop us. My face actually hurt from smiling and laughing so much.It was one of those magical hospitality moments that will stick with you for a long time. I'm certain you won't replicate our experience - and frankly, we couldn't either if we tried - but no matter what, this place is worth the visit.

We walked here from our hotel to check it out. Wow, this food is great! And affordable. Their menu offers a lot. From chicken sandwiches and burgers to individual pizza slices or order a whole pizza. We got a couple meat Jamaican pockets. Those were excellent!! They have tables here if you want to eat in.
