Don't normally review places like this but this place deserves a review. This was by far the worst pizza I've ever ate. The $1 Totino's frozen pizzas put this place to shame. The crust was doughy in the middle after waiting 30 minutes on our two 2 topping pizzas. I've never really liked Pizza Hut but the kids wanted it and I went along with it. My boy who loves pizza ate less than half a piece and said it was gross. I'll never eat here again and couldn't see how anyone would ever want to. This is my worst review of any restaurant I've ever rated.
Service is slow the customer service is non existing!!! Employees are rude and don't seem to care if they take your order or not!! Oven temperatures are either too high or they leave the pizza in too long!! Pizza and bread sticks I ordered were black around the edges, also had to cut each slice of pizza over again because mine wasn't cut all the way through!! I don't recommend patronizing this Pizza Hut!!! Quality and customer care is very neglected here!!!! Poor management and poor employees! Should be shut down!!!

I love love this place, and maybe I expected a little more but it has the ability to be one of the nicest places around. The food was amazing. The server had a little edge to her I didn't like. She promptly brought water over when we came in. We ordered our drinks and I asked for water, I usually have to, she just kind of pointed to the water in front of me like "hello, what is that??" It was certainly my mistake and I apologized but she could have said, do you need more? There were three of us and two waters. Silly little thing, just was kind of rude, I had been nothing but polite. When it was time to leave, we were sitting chatting and she came by and asked if we would like anything else, again good...but then she took the check from underneath my hand (it was laying on it while we talked) I am very funny about this. Unless I am in a tourist place where people grab and run, do not touch my check until I leave the table. It is rude and there is no reason to do this...if it is a shift change or the server has been cut, they may come and ask if they could grab it to finish their paperwork or closing procedures, but otherwise, leave it alone until I leave. I will go back often though, I do love the atmosphere and the food.

Very good pizza...but noisy restaurant. I understand that the philosophy behind tall ceilings with exposed pipes is that the noise level doesn't encourage people to linger over their meal.Friends found that their pizza crust was burnt on the bottom, but ours was just fine.
I don't know if management has changed recently, but it seems that the pizzas are more fresh than ever now and the crust is crispy. For Little Caesars, it's one of the best I've had.
One of only three Giovanni"s in Huntington area I would go to. Other is on Rt2 and the other in Barboursville. Best pizza.Good staff at all three. Can get sandwich's too. Also good.
Have been twice thru the drive-thru in the past couple weeks and am very happy. First time I called in a special order, it was 'dropped' before I arrived and they had already re-made it. I had a slight wait so the manager gave me a free order of breadsticks and kept apologizing for the delay, which was maybe 5 minutes. . . Second time no problems, got a Hot-N-Ready. The pizza dough seems to be different and better than previously. It is a little bit thinner crust but doesn't bubble like before and has a much better texture and there are more toppings than before. Really good!
There are lots of very good pizza places around and this one is tops. We also enjoy the sandwiches, fried chicken, and salads. I go there for a lunch buffet that includes lasagna, and go also when my wife and I a have a late dinner.

The company I work for orders regularly from this restaurant and I did too until recently. There are limited places in South Point that deliver so that was the main reason. However, I no longer eat there and will not eat there again. I ordered a ham and pineapple calzone and received that plus a helping of a millipede! I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the owner who told me to bring it back to them and they would make it right. When I took it to them, I was told that there was no way that it was baked in the calzone (even though it was in the middle of the sandwich and clearly had been baked there). They did offer to make me another one (um no thanks) but by that point my stomach had had all of their buggy food it could handle. I do not now, nor will I ever, recommend this restaurant.
