We came here to celebrate my father's birthday, and we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.We followed the hundreds of reviews recommending this place and none were in vain.Tip: allow the waiter to pick pizzas for you - you won't be sorry! He managed to tailor each pizza to each family member with perfect accuracy.

Wir waren so gut wie jeden Abend im Urlaub hier und haben uns meistens Pizza und Pasta zum Mitnehmen abgeholt .Die Betreiberfamilie ist total symphatisch und nett ( es wird allerdings nur Italienisch gesprochen , aber man kommt gut klar ) .Das Essen war jedesmal top und günstig, hätte nicht besser sein können .Die Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten habe ich noch nie so gut und frisch gegessen .Wir hatten Pizza, diverse Nudelgerichte und auch Salate .Alles war immer frisch, heià und schmeckte hervorragend .Wir sagen Grazie für das tolle Essen und kommen im nächsten Urlaub garantiert wieder .

We stopped here for lunch on Sunday we ordered the Special if the day seafood homemade pasta all terrific prawn pasta a mixed calamari and prawns fritto misto all good .We washed it all down with fantastic tiramisu, profiteroles and a nice crostata all good .

We have been to Vecchia Fontana several times, in the summer it's lovely to sit in the pretty courtyard and in winter, snug near the pizza oven or by the open fire! The food is excellent and reasonably priced; a great variety of pizzas, pasta and meat and the fish is particularly good. If you love mussels, try the "padelata", a large skillet of mussels in slightly spicy tomato sauce with crusty bread, fresh from the pizza oven to mop up with - heaven! Sylvia always has a smile and is most attentive to your needs should you have any special requests. Parking couldn't be easier, just across in the square. Well worth a visit - or several!

On holiday locally and visited here with our children. They could not have been more accommodating to us. The lady owner spoke great English and was so helpful and kind. She understood when I was explaining about my nut allergy and reassured me that I would be ok with what I had chosen. The pizza we chose was fresh, and delicious. Perfect, and for 4 pizzas, a bowl of chips and waters the cost was just over â¬30. Very reasonable. This is a perfect restaurant to visit if you want excellent Italian food and the best service!

Sabato sera, previa prenotazione, abbiamo deciso d'andare in questo pub-birreria ubicato proprio nella piazza centrale dell'incantevole paesino di Cavriana. La location è molto caratteristica, ci sono numerosi posti auto nelle vicinanze e dato il clima rovente di questi giorni seduti all'aperto siamo stati veramente bene.Abbiamo scelto due mega panini imbottiti con doppio hamburger, bacon, insalata, cipolle, maionese e due piadine, anche queste abbondantemente farcite, con radicchio, crudo, tomino e salsa tartufata (purtroppo poco cotte). Il tutto accompagnato da un ottima birra chiara consigliataci da una giovane cameriera simpatica e cordiale.Il locale era pieno, l'attesa è stata di circa un'ora e la musica in sottofondo, a nostro parere, era troppo alta.Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.Pub consigliato ad una clientela giovane.

If you are a pizza lover, this place is not to be missed! It is one of the best in the area! There is a great atmosphere with a large outside seating area in the summer. After visiting the Red Cross memorial, make your way down into Pozzo Catena and enjoy a great pizza from the enormous choice, with a beer or a glass of local sparkling wine! Car parking is also available in the rear.

I've been here for a day at the pool...we've tried pizza and it was nice.Not the best ever, but fair enough considering the variety of choice in the menu.The location is awesome
