Have eaten Annaâs many times over the years. Food is of good quality and is delicious. The calzones are huge, even the small!Service is efficient and friendly. Subs are great, but then everything is. Great place to eat in Smithfield.

We ate in and found a few problems. Firstly do not ask for a glass of water, it has an aftertaste. Coffee is a bit off, only buy bottled beverages. The pizza was good however we were surprised at the bill. for the toppings a dollar was added, $1 for Basil, $1 for tomato, $1 onion etc. Shouldn't a pizza come with some toppings? The crust was excellent as well as the N.Y. cheesecake.

We ordered pizzas on the computer and went to this location near McDonald's. We ordered three pizzas but they only picked up two on the computer. When you arrive you give them your phone number and they match it to your name. We decided to just take the two pizzas and not wait for the third. The pizza was good but not outstanding. The staff had a problem with pronouncing our name that is very very simple and could not find the order at first. Staff worked fast. Would consider going again but may try the other two pizza locations in Smithfield first.

This was probably the worst pizza I've gotten from this location. There was little to no sauce, the toppings sparse, dry and lacking cheese in some areas. When I called to address the issue the young lady basically said all of the pizzas are like that because they measure everything the same. I said no because as many as I've gotten this is this first like this. I'm not used to this type of service and products from them, but hopefully this was an isolated incident.
