With two teenagers in tow, we were on a mission to find a restaurant which would give us good local food alongside the ever present pizzas! And we stumbled across this place just off the square with a menu that ticked both boxes. Inside was a mellow atmosphere comprising a few groups of Brits plus a few French. The staff were very nice and the teenagers loved their pizza. We on the other hand had excellent tartiflett and local charcuterie. The house red was also very good. Lucky but lovely find.
Stay away from the place. The owners are very horrible and can even push you out of their way when they want. It was very bad welcoming from them. To be avoided at all costs

First pizzeria in Flaine, family owned since 1979. Authentic mountain specialties Brazerade, Fondue and Tartiflette. Opened every evening. Lunch service when the weather is bad and every Saturday.
Busy place. We thought we would head out one night for a sit down but a carry out may have been a better option.Limited variety of food - mostly pizza and no pasta. Poor beer and the house wine was also poor and the bill for 4 â¬90 for 4.

5 stars for dinner. Got a table last minute when really busy and was served quickly and enjoyed a tasty fondue and raclette. Lots of meat and accompaniments. The waiter was very friendly and efficient despite being really busy. Raclette was huge with plenty of cheese for 4 people despite only ordering 1 portion. Prices are high!!!! â¬â¬â¬â¬â¬ but then again so is everywhere in Flaine.... The desserts were expensive as expected but the ice cream was excellent quality and attractively served. However we also went here for breakfast. The servers were completely useless. They forgot pretty much everything so we waited ages and drinks were all cold by the time they remembered the food. Would not recommend.

Not bad as French pizzas go. We had 3 as a takeaway. But as usual designed as a paper thin insubstantial, crisp affair. When are the French going to catch up with the concept of 'deep pan' and start offering proper spicy toppings ?BonjourMerci d'avoir laissé un avis.
