On a recent trip to Trieste, we ate at Pizzeria Bianco. We had pizza and a Greek salad, both of which were very good. I also ordered wine, which never arrived. They're extremely busy--all the time. When we'd finished we mentioned it to our waiter and he brought me a glass of wine--no charge. We appreciated his effort and his service. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Trieste.

This restaurant is particularly enjoyable in the summer, within its outdoor seating. It is located in a very green area of the highland surrounding Trieste and, because of its elevation of about 150 m, its temperature is normally a couple of degrees Celsius lower than in the city. So, it is the perfect place to get some pizza with the friends.For people that like gyms, there is a sport and wellness centre associated to it. Thus, you can visit the Giant Cave nearby, take there a sauna or a cold shower, and finally a pizza or some other Italian specialties in the restaurant.

For every pizza lover should be Pizzeria Contovello a great discovery. Pizzas of great taste, good ingredient selected, prepared in bread oven. A plane of pizza varieties on menu, good combinations.Good local atmosphere, kind stuff.

This used to be a traditional well famous pizzeria, then it closed up for some time. Now the new management seems to be geared on to make it successful again. We had pizzas, meat and also sandwiches. Every plate was full, very generous portions. Quality is good, what you expect, and cost is reasonable. Amazingly this place is open every day, which is unusual for Trieste.

The pizza was delicious, the waitress was very kind. The prices are acceptable, e.g. a basic pizza is 5.5 â¬, a full one is 10 â¬. Highly recommend :)

We visited Dom Bistro with our staff and were pleasantly surprised. the restaurant lies in a very nice and relaxing environement. It's really tastefully furnished and the garden is perfect. The food was great and the service was good ,even though we were more than 30 sitting at the sme table(s). The menu is also very varies and you have many things to choose from: from pizzas, pastas, burgers ...
