Have been to this particular hut quite a few times. This time visited on a busy midweek afternoon. Pizzas were properly cooked & extras were fresh and plentiful. Very friendly & upbeat staff who were willing to listen to and accommodate requests. Why bother going to other establishments that sell pizzas etc as add-ons to their menu when you can go to the experts who have been doing it for years? Clean, well run hut. Will visit here again.

Visited Ask Italian restaurant last night and both the food and service were fantastic The restaurant was very busy but despite this we were seated straight away and given fantastic service the whole time we were there The food was faultless We both had main course pasta dishes and both were extremely tasty We also had a dessert each and coffees which were equally as tasty We will definately return to Ask Italian if we are in Scarboriugh again

I first visited Pepe Verde around 2 years ago and Iâve made regular visits since. Whenever I visit the Yorkshire Coast I always make an effort to drive to Scarborough for a meal at this restaurant as the calzone is amazing, thereâs nowhere else Iâve visited in the UK that makes a calzone this good, I can only compare it to the ones Iâve had when visiting Italy. The staff are amazing, theyâre all super friendly and welcoming and they always say hi to my dog and sheâs always happy to visit with me as they usually give her a small treat. I will be continuing to make regular visits to this restaurant in the future and I encourage anyone else wanting an affordable and delicious meal to do the same.

We found Tricolo's as we explored Scarborough on our first evening. We chose the carbonara, arrabiata and lasagna, and all agreed that they were beautifully cooked.The restaurant is quirkily decorated to resemble an Italian village, and has a lovely ambience, and their earlybird menu is great value.Many thanks for your review and we look forward to seeing you again.

First visit here tonight and all I can say is that the food was fabulous! Garlic and tomato bread was probably the best Iâve ever had and my pasta with mussels was amazing. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, polite and efficient! Will definitely be going back there and would highly recommend! Just brilliant!!!

Didn't really want pizza but we popped in, great decision. Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful menu. We had a flamed cheese starter, a build your own pizza and a salad. All great quality, the pizza especially, definitely freshly made by a chef and not a pizza chain employee. Fresh toppings, excellent pizza dough. Gluten free is an option.

Don't be fooled by the cafe style furniture, this place offers superb Italian food and genuine Italian soft drinks. We called in this evening and despite being extremely busy we were given a table. The recommended dishes were delicious, the house wine is a lovely light Italian drinking vino and the service was attentive , prompt and efficient. The pasta dishes were excellent. I've had pizza here before which I thoroughly enjoyed. It has all the feeling of the type of restaurant that I've met in Italy, good hearty food with fresh ingredients and no cutting corners with quality.
