The location is great, large outdoor children's playground right outside. You can eat and drink while watching your kids play.Service is friendly, with a smile in any language.Outside tables in the summer, whilst inside there is a large array of televisions with live sport.Pizzas are good, could be great with a tastier tomato base, but the almost prefect crust makes up for that. Toppings are the usual fare.Burgers are also good, fresh ingredients, good sized parties cooked well. Good sized buns. Overall, I'd come back anytime.

We got this place recommended by a local. The pizza is excellent and prepared each day of the week with a different kind of flour. The topping is first class and service quite snappy. Highly recommended!

I was born and raised in Valtellina and have had the local pizzoccheri and sciatt in literally dozens of restaurants and as many homes of family and friends. Eira's offering are right up there in the top 5%, and undoubtedly the best of half a dozen we tried in Bormio.We followed the owner's recommendation and tried samplers of the daily specials... a feast for the senses with some very clever variations of the usual traditional fare, and some unusual local delights.Pleasant enough ambiance with stunning views. So popular with the locals you may have to put up with some noisy Italian mealtime cheerfulness.... so not for a quiet romantic dinner.... but top of the tops cuisine and local color.

I have read some âbad commentsâ on this Restaurant- that are for sure not deserved.This place is truly exceptional all around for the superb quality of the food, good service, excellent wine section (the owner is a Sommelier (!!) and the ambiance/setting is second to none.I have taken friends to this restaurant for years and never had anything ever go wrong!On a sunny day: outside seating in a wind protected area.At night book UPSTAIRS - a newly restructured area - really beautiful!By the way not only the local cuisine is damn good here, also fish, if you can believe it.

We did go here again for pizza since we were so pleased last year and they still serve big delicious pizzas that are made with passion - it's a good deal Many thanks for your compliment. Tried this restaurant last night. We were able to sit inside with our little dog. I decided to try the mushroom pizza, which arrived in about 8 minutes, almost too quickly. My husband ordered the cannederli but since you have to wait for 20 mins he ordered a portion of chips. Unfortunately they arrived when I'd almost finished my pizza and then 2 mins later his main dish arrived. Yes, there were some hitches with the service but our waitress was very friendly and apologetic and in any case the cannederli were exquisite. Definitely would recommend this mouthwatering dish to anyone who comes here. The menu offers a lot of pizzas but also many other typical delicacies. The house white wine was also very good.

Just on the Italian side of the border is a hotel-restaurant called Gasthof Avinga. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. I stopped for lunch. Service and food were good. Would not hesitate to visit again.

I can only recommend this place to those who want to relax. At winter or summer, always good for resting.In a little cute village, with a lots of friendly people.The apartament is nice, the restaurant have delicious foods, for example "Spagetthi Meeresfrüchte", and the waiters are very attentive!!We will come back!
