The restaurant surroundings are not that great (in the middle of a residential area). The food and the service were perfect. The portions were great and the prices were appropriate.I would come here again!Dear mr Pollewop we want to thank you for your review. Hope we will see you soon at Poseidon Restaurant. best regards . A very nice "old-style" restaurant with massive wood table and a rich choice of italian specialities, like: Tigella, Gnocco Fritto and the best italian Pizza.
I really enjoyed dining at this place, great food, great people, everything was really of outstanding quality. During my stay in the region I ate a couple of times there, so I really had the possibility to try out quite a reasonable amount of different dishes! You were utterly stuffed as most of the portions are quite large and therefore the price - food ratio is really good! Pizza, pasta, salats you name it! Everything tastes soooo delicious! The waiters and also the owner of the restaurant are really nice, always at your service asap!!! So you really don't have to wait that long for your order as also the master chefs "hiding" in the kitchen are really working at tempo-tempi! :) I cleary recommend this restaurant and for sure will come back another time!!! A prestoooo!!! :DDear Leroidebr, thank you very much for your nice review, we hope to welcome you again soon.L'Hostaria

This is such a lovely place in the middle of nowhere, never seen anything like it.The pub is absolutely gorgeous, the staff super friendly, food is lovely and their beer is fantastic! I recommend to everyone to go to this place. We had dinner and drinks and we wanted to watch the football and the staff kindly put that on the screen. When we went to pay, their line was down, I was mortified and there was no cash machine around and to be fair we had a few drinks and we did not want to drive. The guy behind the bar simply said " Oh don't worry you can come back tomorrow ", I could not believe it, as a Londoner I did not expect to be trusted to walk away and come back to pay the next day as I was a stranger to them. LOVELY PEOPLE, LOVELY BEER AND GORGEOUS CASTLE

We stopped at Ai Torcoli for lunch while touring Valpolicella and its wineries. The restaurant has a wonderful view of the countryside. Our server was friendly and spoke some English. The food and wine were very enjoyable. It was a great place to stop and take a break from the winding roads.

Probably this is a family-oriented restaurant, and this explains why there were so many kids screaming and running around like maniacs. I am not against children if they are well-mannered, but when it is too much it becomes annoying for the other guests trying to have dinner and trying to exchange a normal conversation. Food was overall good, a bit over-priced, but what ruined everything was the atmosphere. Not to try if you see kids running around...

30 of us descended on this lovely local restaurant for dinner one evening. They catered brilliantly for such a large group, despite the restaurant being full. Varied and extensive menu on offer with kids size portions if required. Staff were on hand, friendly and helpful. Grazie mille per le belle parole arrivederci a presto grazie di nuovo

Perfect pizza, in a really friendly pizzeria. After hunting for somewhere to eat on our first night in the area we stumbled upon what looked like a pretty nondescript bar. Read a few reviews on here and decided to give it a go.We managed to get a table without a reservation, which was quite lucky by the sounds of things. All the staff were really nice and there is loads of selection on the menu, including a stack of award winning vegan pizzas if you fancy something different. After being locked out of the villa later in our break it really wasnât a tough choice to return for more pizza! The first time we visited, there was quite a lot of people getting take away (mostly locals by the looks of things).

We had a delightful dinner with friends at this roadhouse pizzeria. The place was packed with locals and travelers as it was during the World Cup playoffs. The service was good and the pizza was very good. I would recommend it.
