It's always quite amazing to see how efficient they are managing the rush hours and grand appetities of famished skiers and still keeping up the good quality of food. Great pizzas, abundant and fresh salad buffet, tasty soups. Hunger may be the best of cooks but there is definietely much more than that attracting Larici's clientele to its kitchen.

Don´t be afraid to visit this restaurant even though it´s a part of the hotel which is usually not a good sign. However this place is really amazing. The environment isn´t the most beautiful I have ever seen, but the quality of the cousine moves everything onto the highest levels.I tried a traditional regional menu - pizzoccheri della valchiavenna, deer and desert being surprised by a small antipasto before as a free gift. This even helped to completely destroyed me as everything was so good not to be able to leave anything. Be aware that the portions are huge here, for example pizzoccheri could be enought for a diner, but it would be pity not to try also something else. Having closed everything with local amaro was a final point of a perfect experience which I would like to repeat.

My pizza was to my mind expensive, however it's worth bearing in mind that this is Switzerland & the other restaurant within walking distance was only a few francs cheaper, so I'm guessing really it was within reasonable limits.I was recommended by the hotel receptionist to pass others & head directly for Sole, as I desired pizza. As pizzas go it was pretty good. Probably not the best ever, but not far off & I'd be happy to go back, having once tried the competition to see if here really is that much better. The staff are friendly & speak good English, which is sometimes a pain when you wish to practise your foreign languages but it's obvious you're not actually very good.

Friendly and warm restaurant located in the heart of San Bernardino. Serving a wide range of fresh products from home made pasta to fresh local fish and meat. Also produce ice cream made from local milk.
We found the pasta overcooked and bland but possibly it was a "bad" day given all the reviews are positive. That said, the service is friendly and the restaurant nice and not overpriced, we are inclined to go back to give it a second chance.

The restaurant offers a good range of dishes, of which we had pizza. The pizza came with a thin crust and generously stuffed at a decent price. The place is neither romantic nor fancy but serves you with a sustaining dish if you need to recharge your stomach after tons of petrol station junk food on your trip from south to north or opposite.
