The others in the restaurant were eating pizza and were very satisfied from what I could see. My magnet was asked for medium but it was burnt on the outside and the fat not rendered properly and rare and tough on the inside. I ate less than half. On the upside I wasn't going to complain and willing to pay full price. The owner was obviously distressed that the meal was not up to scratch and reduced the cost considerably. Great customer serviceMonsieur, je suis désolé que le magret n'ai pas été a votre goût.Mais vous avez refusé, que ma femme m'appelle, je vous l'aurais refait. Mais sachez que le magret se mange normalement saignant. Si vous le désiré "médium" demandé à ce qu'il soit taillé en aiguillette pour éviter un pourtour trop sec, donc plus dur à manger. Ordered a vegetarian pizza to go and it was amazing! Great crust, yummy sauce, and perfectly balanced toppings with plenty of cheese. Very happy and definitely recommend :) They did forget to cut the pizza though, so as we sat down to eat (not at home with utensils) we realized we had to tear the pizza in half and eat giant slices. It just made for some good laughs, and it was still a delicious pizza.

Bonne pizza et bien garnie en général, pâte fine et farine reste en bouche car la pâte reste pleine de farine malgré la cuisson. Livraison gratuite sur les villages de saint-marcel Saint-Nazaire d'Aude le somail et Ginestas.Bémol vous êtes obligés d'appeler très tôt pour réserver vos pizzas; sinon soit il n'est pas possible d'en avoir, soit vous les avez pour 22h45!! Ce n'est pas tout, l'accueil téléphonique et physique si vous allez à la caravane n'est vraiment pas digne d'un commerçant ; à la limite de l'impolitesse, tout juste bonjour et aucune considération du client...Heureusement que la patronne qui livre est sympa. Je ne commande plus chez eux...on voit bien que ce n'est pas leur activité professionnelle principale, car s'ils devaient en vivre il ne se comporterait pas ainsi...

Nothing outstanding but consistently average. Reliably repetitive but for example the 'Colonel' a sorbet and vodka desert is difficult to taste the vodka in. The average steak is just that and about 30% waste. Portions are smallish and drink service for extras during the meal arrive usually too late to acompany the food. Reliability of mediocrity is probably the best point of eating here.

Very good freshly cooked pizza and pasta in pleasant garden setting. All cooked to order and all very tasty. Excellent value and recommended even the carafe of house rouge!
