Went here after reading reviews and we were fed up with cheese (seem to get it everywhere in ski resorts) and burgers and wanted something more sophisticated but friendly. Got exactly what we wanted here. Friendly staff and excellent food. I had the special which was scallops wrapped in pasta parcels (delicious) and friend had lamb shank covered in a pistachio crust, again superb. Great wine choice but deserts were a tad average to be honest - wish Iâd had a starter as they looked excellent. Happy you found exactly what you wanted with these delicious dishes and friendly staff. See you again to try next time our starters.The direction

Super friendly restaurant located conveniently next to the meeting place for many of the ski schools in La Tania ski slope. We enjoyed everything, including the crispy pizzas, crepes, chicken burger, rum baba and many other dishes. We had lunch here almost every day during our stay in La Tania mostly because the staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Aurelie - we were a big group with lots of kids and orders continuously being added or changed - but she handled them perfectly, and with a wonderful sense of humor that really made us feel like we were on a holiday. We will miss our lunches here. Merci Aurelie!

I visited about a year ago and had a rather negative experience which I had written about in one of my reviews. I am happy to report that L'Alti 16 has turned over a new leaf. I have been here three times this week with my son and been very very happy with the service and quality of food they are serving. Tonight I had the tartar du bÅuf which was one of the best I have ever had. I am also happy to report that they now have a menu full of pizzas complete with fresh salad :) If you are in Méribel, this would be a great choice for some local fare at a reasonable price and great service, complete with a smile :) Ask for Astrid, and you may even be treated to a shot of the home made genepi.

My dad and I have been here twice on our holiday and we have had a great experience on both occasions. It is a lovely restaurant, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Meribel. The food is the best we have had here, better even than a number of more expensive restaurants. The service has been quick and friendly and the best thing is that it wonât break the bank (or even your wallet). Highly recommend.

We ate dinner here a second time in our week of skiing since the last culinary experience was a disaster. The food is excellent, not gourmet but nice variety and not too many things on the menu. Everything we ate was good. Excellent service and made an effort to accommodate our request to change the rice for pasta on salmon. dish. The pizza menu was extensive and four cheese pizza had a tomato sauce as opposed to creme sauce which in my opinion is better. The dessert menu was interesting. All dishes we ordered were tasty especially tiramisu, chocolate mousse and the apple crumble and cheese platter were also very good. Highly recommended. Really nice restaurant at the top of "La mass". The restaurant is divided in two areas "real restaurant" with waiters and nice cutlery and plates and "self service". In "self service" you can buy some standardised dishes which are cooked in the same kitchen as the dishes in the restaurant.In general I can say food is really good, restaurant is clean and nice, staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and nicely designed. The most spectacular thing in this restaurant are the views and the location.Thank's a million. we try and do the best to make this place an exceptional restaurant.

Always a warm welcome. My third visit this season, Twice with mates and once with family. The Pizzas are a quality option with "Texane" being a particular favourite. Magret de Canard (duck) with cognac another good choice. I always finish with the cafe Gourmand which is a particular highlight.

Excellent ambiance, good service, good value.I took the chef special pizza - raclette, it is huge! Best make sure you are hungry, after saying it was her favourite, our waitress later admitted it took 3 sittings for her to finish one! What I did manage to eat was good. My wife's burger was well presented and was demolished in very quickly! Chips were good too.
