OK, these are basically all the same as you know what your getting when you walk in. It's in a decent shopping center, good parking and was clean inside. The counter person was respectable looking and polite. The pizza was just fine, quick and cheap, which is why we go there.
Walked in to grab a quick lunch. Always like the convenience of little Ceasars for how fast they are. The woman running this shop spoke very little English so it was difficult to get our order placed and she kept adding things we didn't want. We were so frustrated that we ended up just taking some extra stuff just so we could be done and get on our way. The good was good and the prices are always good so not a big deal overall.

I've eaten at many different Pizza Huts over the years, and the pizzas we recently ordered from the Ridgecrest location were very mediocre. Both of the pizzas seemed undercooked, one more so than the other. The toppings were adequate, though the pineapple tasted very bland. One pizza had the new pretzel crust, and it was disgustingly salty. Based on this experience, there is much better pizza available in Ridgecrest.

John's Pizza used to be THE eating out place to go in Ridgecrest. John has moved on. He now runs a successful chain called John's Incredible Pizza. So far, it hasn't significantly gotten better. But it may take some time. And I'm pulling for it to get better. Better lightning. Lighter, happier colors. Some remodeling. And work on getting the recipes wired in the slimmed down menu (thank goodness!) Also seems pricy for Ridgecrest. However, with the fun factory down for fixing now, I'm saving serious dough from not having to fund grandson fun.

So the upside, it's conveniently located, lots of parking and a clean comfortable setting inside. All the staff is friendly and accommodating, especially Carl. He always goes way out of his way to make sure the best service is available. A very good salad bar, and fresh veggies throughout. So the downside is, unless you take advantage of the happy hour prices, or your signed up for the text specials, it's a little expensive. They also seem to be a little slow on replacing empty kegs of beer. But my main complaint is the options getting a crispy crust....... We always heat our left overs on a cast iron plate. Now's it's perfect!
