While visiting family in the area we were told of this place. We ordered by phone and went to pick it up. Oops, the prior customer took our box instead of his. No problem said the manager, and instantly dropped what he was doing and made us another right then and there. Gosh, the Pizza was excellent as we'd been told. The service and the quick rebound were terrific and we will eat there again.

I recently went out to dinner with a great friend and his family who frequent this place on a regular basis. I turned them him to the Brixx rewards program, which somehow he missed. Brixx is currently featuring a cauliflower crusted pizza that was simply amazing. The kitchen messed up my order and made me a regular crust pizza so I got this one on the house while they cooked me a second cauliflower crusted pizza. Both were up to the amazing Brixx quality, but I was very intrigued by the low-calorie cauliflower crusted one. The service, as usual, was spot on with a visit by the manager. All in all, Brixx is simply great comfort food!I remember you stopping in Jim, thank you so much for the positive feedback. Again I apologize for the goof on the crust and I greatly appreciate your patience and enthusiasm for the extra pizza that evening. Sometimes silver linings can be pizza, thanks again Jim, hopefully we'll be seeing you soon. -TE

I stopped by this restaurant with my co-workers as a result of the location of the training facility being nearby the restaurant. We were greeted upon our entry to the restaurant and quickly seated. We ordered a variety of items from the menu, but I ordered my own entree of pasta and shrimp Alfredo, which I did not share with others at the table. The furniture at this location was classic but functional. The table cloths were reminiscent of other similar restaurant locations I've visited. The place was quick and decent.
When I first moved to Woodbridge they were my favorite Pizzaria. I ordered from them once a month. Then the presentation of the pizza started to fall off. The the quality of the prepardeness of the food started to decline.I decided finally with my wife the money we were spending was not worth. So I am still looking for a new place for pizza.
I counted 11 mushrooms and NO SAUCE on my pizza. Hubby counted 3 WHOLE mushrooms and 2 pieces on his! No sauce on his either. One piece has 3 jalapenos while most had none. NO RECEIPT, so whom do I call to complain! Cheap, stingy people with toppings!I've contacted corporate to complain. I'm a local bartender, I will inform EVERYONE about the pathetic stingy place this is!You don't have to wonder IF you get toppings at Papa John's!

I ordered in the store and had my meal delivered to the Crossroads Inn. They almost beat me to the room. Food was as expected and tasted fine.

Padrino's is a funny place. We ate lunch mid afternoon, before visiting the nearby USMC Museum. My submarine sandwich was really good - toasted to perfection, great combo of ingredients and - big surprise - the waitress asked how I wanted to customize the sandwich when I ordered. While I'm not a picky eater or orderer, the server's attention to detail and the kitchen's delivery of the sandwich exactly as ordered really impressed me. My lunch partner's decision to go with the lunch buffet special was not as inspired - the wings, pizza slices, pasta and meatballs had been under the heat lamps a bit too long so were about as yummy as you might expect - not very. Nonetheless, his salad from the same bar was good. I guess the restaurant is in a pretty tough neighborhood, because some of the signs in it are pretty funny - "We appreciate your patronage, but this restaurant is for paying customers only." Another referred to a "behavior code" to supplement its dress code ("no wife beater shirts"), noting that it would determine what was appropriate behavior. In spite of those indicators, our server was as friendly and accommodating as could be.The other interesting thing about the restaurant, which is in a pretty nondescript, seen-better-days strip mall, were all of the nick-nacks and wall decor that appeared to be real Italian. That made Padrino's a surprise and a real treat. We would go back.
