Things to do in Potters Bar
The pizzas we ordered were great. Let's be honest, you will not beat handmade, thin-crust, family owned pizzeria pizza ever, full-stop, suitcase down, point made, etc. etc. etc. But, when you're stuck in a Days Inn on a motorway services for a week and there's nothing other than overpriced kfc, subway and burger king to hand, you're going to ring a little further afield. We did the whole on-line voucher thing (which PJ's offer globally, making it look like a great offer but any and everybody gets it), Now, sans offer, their prices are ridiculous... exorbitantly, prohibitively so. That said, with the voucher applied they were in-line with takeaway pizza prices countrywide.Where they differed was upon arrival, it was one of the best takeaway pizzas I've ever had. I ordered the Works and my gf enjoyed the Hawaiian.Be warned... if you want the half-and-half (as we did) it severely restricts your toppoing choices. :(

La Vista is located conveniently on high street, High Barnet. We pride ourselves with our authentic pasta dishes, our freshly made stone baked sourdough pizza and our coffee. Rest assured, if you are coming to eat with the family or grabbing a takeaway, w
This is a simple, charming little resturant serving what is easily the best pizzza in Barnet. We both had starters of portabello mushroom with goats cheese followed by tiramisu for dessert both of which were also very good, as was the friendly service and overall experience.Drinks wise, we had a very pleasant bottle of red wine for under £13 which tasted far better than more expensive wines served in many other eateries. We look forward to returning to work our way through the menu!

Staying in the Ramada next door I was struggling for options for an evening meal when I decided to head here.I went for a spicy pizza which was poor, not very spicy and pretty average tasting. Large bottle of Peroni and £7 which was ridiculous as you can get 3 for £5 in a nearby super market. Not up to the usual Pizza Express standards.
I recently ordered a takeaway veggie pizza with stuffed crust. The pizza started off okay but partway through I discovered hairs in the pizza and it put me off eating the rest. You also would expect mozzarella in the stuffed crust but it was filled with another cheese. This is only a minor quibble compared to the first. The only redeeming feature I can say is that it was quite a speedy delivery, less than half an hour.
Ordered 2 kebabs and they were disgusting. The meat smelt so bad and was not your average 'kofte'... it was very processed and a funny colour. Went straight in the bin, would not even feed it to the dogs! 2 kebabs and 1 drink was £22! Rip off. Would not recommend and would not return!

Since my last review they have consolidated their menu and kept it pizza based. For a local well priced Italian this has consistently delivered on their takeaway pizzas and my fussy boys will now choose their pizzas with real ingredients over the local pizza chains. Well done! And the pizzas turn up piping hot!

Authentic Cucina Italiana running by a Italian family, we serve a traditional home made fresh pasta and a bronze range pasta with the best products of the market
Our pasta dishes tasted of fresh, quality ingredients: delicious and reasonably priced (£10-14). A recommended (organic) Italian red wine was a great match for the food and also very reasonably priced. Friendly service, welcoming service made us feel like we were in rural Italy and had stumbled upon an excellent local cucina. We will definitely return soon to try some more dishes.

Authentic Italian restaurant with a good selection of home made pastas, sourdough pizzas and desserts. To be enjoyed with a good glass of Italian wine. We do our popular sourdough pizza, as take away as well.
Whole experience is Italian. The menu is what most Britâs would identify as Italian both in its 4 course layout and items available. The wine - a dry red - was very good too. Food served in a timely manner by friendly courteous staff. Above average is atmosphere and styling - good quality table cloths, serviettes and glasses etc. Will be going back. Many thanks Ph1 MariOn for the Review. We you have enyoyed your dinnerAnd we all hope to see you again in the near future.Arrivederci Presto.

Contemporary family run Italian restaurant established in 2008
A group of five of us booked a table for a Hen Do on the back of the last meal I had here which was superb. Unfortunately this time it was POOR! The starters were very good but the main courses lacked flavour, were poorly presented. The portion size of the potatoes was child sized - we requested more which we duely received - they were hot and good and 10 times better than those on our plates but we were also charged. I guess we should have said at the time we were dissatisfied but didn't want to make a fuss it being a celebration of our friend's forthcoming wedding,
