Everybody knows the new FAst and Hot Ready to go thing with this chain, but they also had a supreme pizza ready to go, the locations near me do not, so this was a nice change instead of either pepperoni or cheese

Let me start by saying, I really feel for the wait staff. How does Pizza Hut expect to provide any quality service with only 1 person to work the register and the dining room?! Absolutely ridiculous. If there is a problem retaining good employees then maybe you should look at the big picture and find out why, is it poor management? Low pay? Anyway, let me explain my experience. We showed up, knowing full well there was a possibility for poor service. We’ve been here before, but not in the last several months. I would also note that it was between 12:00 and 12:30 pm, which should be crazy busy for lunch with a pizza buffet. That wasn’t the case. There were literally 4 tables, including ours. As we sat and waited, I looked around and never saw anyone other than the cashier, who eventually made it out to get our drink order. We looked at the buffet and the pizza options were slim, but we would’ve given it a shot...IF there had been plates! After waiting around for a plate that never showed up we finally left. Total time in the restaurant was about 30 minutes out of our lunch hour. And no pizza. Very disappointing.
