The Beach Shack is not near the Main Street so would suit visitors staying/living closer to 4 mile beach. Great vibe with great playlist of music and tables undercover with sand on the ground. Attentive and friendly waitstaff. Food a bit pricey but well worth it. Great fish, gnocchi dishes and a good variety of drinks. Highly recommend.

Lovely Italian and relatively well priced. We went on a public holiday so it was very busy, but good service. Pizza was great and the pasta tasted very fresh. Our only issue, we ordered Aperol spritz which came with plastic straws, rather than paper.Thanks for your review & we are glad you enjoyed dining with us. Just to clarify your point we do NOT use plastic straws. We do use white Corn starch straws & have done for almost 1 year now. They break down to compost in 3 weeks & are available from Enviromart in Cairns. We also recycle our glass & cans to do our part in minimise waste. Thank you.

Great pizza! Very busy, so you might have to wait 30 minutes at peak times but definitely worth it. Great value for money.

Visited on Saturday night and were very lucky to get a table. Everything we ordered was delicious. Fresh and filling after a full day exploring the rainforest. Was happy with how fast everything came out while they were so busy. Staff very friendly. Definitely recommend and will return.
