We didn't feel like driving to a restaurant so we ordered delivery to our hotel. Since they are delivering to a hotel you would think they would include utensils, plates and napkins. Don't count on that.We ordered a medium pizza and a chicken pasta. It arrived in a timely fashion, but without plates or napkins. Fortunately, there was a plastic fork for the pasta. The pasta was OK, but not great. My husband was not happy with the pizza. He said the crust was not edible so he left a 2" ring around the edge. He likes pizza so for him to complain means it is not a good pizza. Actually I was going to leave them a 2 star review until I saw that I was the first reviewer. I don't want to jinx them. If they happen to read this, I hope they change their policy and send the necessary implements for hotel guests to enjoy their meal. It only makes sense.

The wait time at this Pizza Hut is extremely long, I actually tried to call in my order one day. I was put on hold forever, then they hung up on me. Not to mention, they don't balance out their ingredients well. Either it's too much sauce or not enough sauce. I tried to be patient, since its the closest pizza place to my house, but now I just take the drive to domino's.

This has been my family's very favorite pizza restaurant ever since our children were small (they are now 39 and 36). When we return to Pineville, we are expected to bring a BJ's pizza back (800 miles away). Many choices of toppings and a good salad bar. Can't beat it for pizza!

Crazy busy place for Sunday lunch....So we did Carry Out today...& did lunch buffet on Friday...Great traditional style pizza... much better flavor than chain establishments near by...Buffet tastes great but a hot take home box of pepperoni & full house... very satisfying & spot on!
