Parma’s many historic sights include the 11th-century cathedral and its baptistry. Begun in the 12th century, it's considered one of medieval Europe’s most important buildings for its straddling of the Romanesque and Gothic architecture periods.

We were on business in Parma and had a few hours to explore the city. Some wonderful architecture, churches and museums. After walking round and having a quick espresso we were all getting hungry. The restaurant never opened until midday and when we arrived at 12.30 was already busy. Table of 12, no problem.Being in Parma we had to have some authentic Parma ham and decided to have it on a pizza with buffalo mozzarella.Fresh dough hand needed by the chef menu pizza was light, fluffy and super tasty with a slight burn on the base, which I like!Even had some chips to top it off. Great pizza, great beer and great friends.Grazie.

We came upon Africa Due by accident. My husband really wanted pizza so we thought we'd found the right place. And we had, in ore ways than one. As soon as we walked in and I saw that the restaurant was Eritrean-run, I was so excited. I lived on the border of Sudan and Eritrea many years ago, and had many Eritrean friends. Any thought I had of pizza went out the window and I was transported back many years by an excellent beef zigni. The rich sauce, spiciness and the injera were everything that I remembered. My husband had a calzone which was so huge, he had to take half to go. He started with a mixed salad which was also very generous in its portion. We washed everything down with a Moretti on tap. Great dining experience all round. Reasonable prices.

The owner spoke no English but we figured it out. Visual translate on the menu to figure out that a traditional American pizza is called a "pizza al salami piccante" Also the red olive oil gave it a spicy kick but graded parmesan seems to not be a common addition, hope it was not offensive that we asked for it. Highly recommended

Recently renovated property with interiors that reflect the modern but with a touch of Italian style. Great pizza and fresh seafood specialties and refined dishes that you would not find in a pizzeria.... We are waiting for you!
Sunday lunch we went there for the first time, but we will most certainly go back there! My husband had a selection of raw fish and seafood, it was better than in any Japanese restaurant!I had a selection of cooked fish specialities, they were all excellent. Our friend had a mix of mussles and other shells, she was delighted about them too.Than we got a sort of carrousel of desserts, they were all lovely!Even though this is restaurant is also a pizzeria, I would most certainly recommend to go there for the fish dishes. It is too good to spoil your evening there with only a pizza...

Visited this place specifically because of TripAdvisor and was not let down! The pizza we had was delicious, and the service was pleasant (they even spoke English!). It's not located exactly in the center, but it's an easy walk if you know where to go. Very nice choice of pizzas. Only thing missing was some hot tea, though I guess that applies to most eateries in Italy :)

We just bumped into this pizzeria after a long journey and an empty stomach. Despite being almost midnight, we were still greeted inside and given a table. The place was bustling with guests. They specialize in a different type of pizza called 'al trancio'. The base crust is very similar to a deep pan pizza slice but in an extra thick version (must be about 3 inches high). The toppings consist of thinly sliced cured meats and cheeses (parmaham, culatello, and so on). Unlike most of the traditional pizzas there is no tomato sauce topping. The verdict : absolutely deliciously gorgeous and baked to perfection. For a two portions of pizza and 4 small draught beers (very refreshing too), we paid 30 euro - which is quite reasonable. There's room for improvement where the service is concerned, a friendlier approach perhaps, and would have scored the 5th star from me.

This is pizza heaven! The pizza pasta is generous and light, the ingredients are fresh and tasty, the recipes are innovative as well as classico. The service is friendly and efficient. The pizzaiolo is expert and generous. The decoration is nice and bright. Midway between Milano and Firenze, we stopped there as an ideal lunch break. We actually fall in love with the place. I bet this is the best pizzeria I have ever been.

Perfect location near several retail shops. Both indoor and outdoor tables are available. Nice wine selection and very menu selection. I enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana while friends opted for the salad. Very personable staff provide excellent service.

Dopo tanta pubblicità molto invitante vista sui social ho deciso di provare questa pizzeria.. prezzi decisamente troppo alti per la qualità che offre, in più il pomodoro era totalmente insipido!!Pizza baby pagata quanto una normale! Delusione totale.
