While on vacation my wife invited some high school friends and their spouses to have lunch. We chose this restaurant because it was listed as a favorite for locals serving good Italian food. It was 6 people in our group, one of the meals (Stromboli) came out burnt and black. Our guest didn't complain. After we left we went back a day later to speak with Manager Aubrey and she promised us she would make it right and asked for the contact name for the couple. We gave her the contact information and to date she has not contacted them. Also service was not up to par. The restaurant was not very busy and it took forever to get served. Our server and trainee were very inattentive, Erin and Jasmine.Thank you for throwing my servers under the bus. Not necessary and also if you let us k now your food was more well done than you like we would correct it. I am sorry that Aubrey did not follow up perhaps a mistake and thank you again for naming the manager in a public forum, fair Al G if you want to do the same.. Wow Sorry but I have nothing more to say except give people feed back day of Jasmine has not worked for us for 3 months. !! let me include that as well

A quaint cafe on Chocolate Avenue featuring homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner. Specialty salads and sandwiches and brick oven pizza compliment our lunch and dinner menus. Breakfast features amazing omelettes, Belgium Waffles, Pancakes and specialty dis
The girl at the register was not happy about being there. She was rude & snippy while taking our order. Very short answering any questions we had. The other employees bent over backwards for us, but the experience was ruined before we even sat down. The food was average at best. We wonât be returning. Wow so sorry that a high school student will make you not return to us. I am really sorry for her attitude but we all have bad days, to you you wont be back and ban my business because of one employee that may have had an issue, or a problem is probably the reason why you wrote this review anyway, MIRROR check, :) I still love you don't worry

Real nice selection, good menu and great home made breads, Very comfortable inside and the staff u is very friendly, We seem to notice quite a few regulars streaming in as we ate. I really enjoyed the meatball roll , for $4.50, my friends really enjoyed their saladsThey have a pretty nice beer selection. The large salads are really large and a great value.

pizza and subs are great . they make their own pizza dough , not pre made shell that some pizza places use. some times they get very busy and it takes longer to get service but its worth the wait. I have also eaten in the dining room and enjoyed the many Italian dishes

I've been eating here since they opened. I've been living in Baltimore since 2012, and can't come home without eating here. I have never found a place that can come close. If you're in Hershey, Palmyra, etc, don't waste your time, money, or stomach on any other place. Anywhere else you'll get poor service, and food that won't live up to the standard that this family run restaurant has established.

We LOVE this restaurant off the main street in Palmyra and was reminiscent of growing up and visiting my grandmother's kitchen. Third time we've eaten here and each time both food and service were outstanding.. I do see some negative comments and reviews and these folks must be used to Olive Garden and not know good Italian food.. Try the cold and hot Antipasti and you can't go wrong with these two starters for your meal. We'll return next time we're in town
