Guido's Premium Pizza is known as "The Savory Sauce Boss" because we top all of our pizzas (deep dish, hand tossed or thin crust) with your choice of three distinctly delectable sauces: Original, Chunky Tomato, or Spicy Fire Roasted. Build your own pizza
Guido's pizzas are a definite cut above garden-variety takeout or delivery pizzas. Highly recommended is the deep dish pizza, perfect crust and very generous on the toppings. Really well done and highly recommended.
Ordered a variety of food including Fried mushrooms, cheese sticks, chicken strips (12), and French fries. I appreciate the care they took in packaging the food with paper inside boxes to absorb any deep fried grease. Everything was delicious. Since we had a variety, everyone was happy.

Benito's Pizza Café specializes in pizza, pasta, paninis, subs, soups, salads, and deserts. We also offer gluten free options. Our goal is to provide you with the finest homemade Italian food made to your specifications.
Had been to this eatery once before for a sub, but didn't know about its pasta. Its great. You can personalize it to your heart's content. We opted for lasagna & it was really good. You can choose different sauces & what you want inside, we chose meat sauce w/ mushrooms & artichokes. The pasta is made onsite. This is Novi's hidden gem.

Coal fired pizzas. Signature handhelds. All the goodness. High quality ingredients, fresh dough made daily, juicy burgers, unique sandwiches and amazing seasonal items.
I was in Novi on business trip and this place happened to be within walking distance of the hotel and that was the deciding factor for me. I order the bread knots (which were huge). The waiter bought the garlic cheese bread to my table by mistake and it was also a big plate, enough for at least 2-3 people to share. The pizza was the best thing, made in olive oil with complete freedom to choose any toppings, cheese and meat. Will surely visit this place if I am in town again

My niece turned me onto the Butter Cake which was everything she described: hot, moist, rich butter flavor, crispy edges, gooey center, great vanilla ice cream on top, surrounded by mounds of wonderful whipped cream ... mmm. So, had to take my sister so she could experience here at the Novi CPK. We each ordered coffee and split one Butter Cake. Uggg. Coffee room temperature, and the cake, so disappointing. This was my first rodeo I would never eat it again but have to say it was warm. Although, dry, did not have the rich butter flavor, had more of an egg yolk flavor, no gooey center, decent vanilla ice cream, and the whipped cream looked as though it was at the very end of container and we got the last bit squirted on the plate. We did tell the waitress and she had no idea. The manager came to our table and I told him. He said that was their Butter Cake. He did admit the coffee was made a while ago (but still serving it? mmm). Don't go there for the Butter Cake or coffee, save your money. They did offer to make a new pot but we suggested they do for the next customers not us. The manager did adjust our check; we did not have to pay for our coffee.

This is my second trip to a Blaze. Different location, same great options. Love that there are cane sugar soda and alternative drink options. Leslie put together a fantastic pizza. Great value for a choose your own/ unlimited topping pizza. Made quick and fresh. Gluten free options too. My only complaint is that it would be better if they offered at least one dairy free salad option. Will come again.

Until a year ago I hailed from the lovely Garden State. The whole NY/NJ area is full of establishments boasting of the âbest pizzaâ. There is all kinds: brick oven, coal oven, wood fired, and the corner pizza restaurant. So I am jaded and abit of a snob when it comes to pizza pie as we North Newarkerâs called it growing up.Fast forward and I marry a Detroiter and there are trips to his home state visiting in-laws and friends to celebrate (graduations and weddings) and mourn (hospitalizations and deaths). Early on I quickly learned that Jersey wasnât the only pizza that locals areproud of, there are many of them out there. The first time I ate Detroit Style Pizza, I fell in love. I had Buddyâs square pizza. The dough gets a double rise which when baked makes it an airy but well structured. The cheese is Wisconsin brick cheese. I donât know what that is but it is stretchy and somewhat tart. It is a perfect accompaniment to the sweeter tomato sauce. The cheese is put on the dough first followed by the sauce. The pie is in a rectangular sheet pan w/ sides and then baked to perfection (IMHO). You can order a half which is four pieces or a whole which is eight slices. All pizzas can be accessorized and there are some such as the Ultimate Italian, the New Yorker and so forth. There are other non pizza options and I recommend the Chopped Antipasto Salad that my husband says is yummo. If you are in the Detroit area and can get to a Buddyâs I guarantee you will have an unforgettable pizza. Heydonât tell my Jersey buds!We are honored to receive your vote of confidence, as we are thrilled to know you are now a Buddy's Pizza fan. Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience and for sharing your favorites. We aim to serve only the best and we look forward to serving you at your next visit. Thank you!
