Came here in April with friends and it was brilliant. Came in August with family and it was a little disappointing in the food line. Service was good and friendly but some of the meal was overcooked (burnt) and some brought out at wrong times. However it was corrected through the bill by a supervisor who was very sympathetic and eager to put things right. Because of that, we will return!Hi Kathleen,Thanks for your feedback.We have just taken on 11 new staff at the time so service would not have been efficient as it could have been.I'm sure you will find the service standard has improved on your next visit.Kind regardsNick

Excellent place to go for a tasty, relaxing family lunch. Wide range of choices on the menu: starters, mains and deserts, plus drinks and more. A lot more than just pizza and pasta! Plenty of choice for different dietary needs - vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc. Service is friendly and welcoming and various deals are available at different times and days of the week. Plenty of seating inside and easily accessible for wheelchairs. Overall a fully satisfying eating experience. Well worth a visit!

This review is for there bedale branch as there is no trip advisor for it.There are reviews comparing this outlet to dominos and that is not fair , dominos is filth and I wouldn't eat it if I was starving .I ordered a pizza last night fro. the bedale branch and it was lovely they used fresh chilli which is a great touch the lady who served me was really polite and helpful and the pizza tested excellent it had a really good cheese to sauce ratio and the sauce was lovely .Parmo was also a hit.Would highly recommend.
