This is a great local restaurant that serves delicious wood oven pizza and so much more. We love the tomato basil crostini appetizer, rail bread appetizer, the Hi-Railer and the Trainmaster Supreme pizzas, and the Stromboli and Turkey Pesto Club sandwich. They make their pies, cheesecake, and ice cream, and they are scrumptious. The servers are always friendly and the owners, John and Donna, are usually working and helping out around the restaurant. John will often stop by your table to chat with you about your meal or as your checking out. This is a wonderful addition to North Vernon!

Ordered 13 pizzas for a luncheon meeting. They were ready on time, were hot, and delicious.There was only one girl working (Lucy) when I picked them up & the phone was ringing off the hook. But Lucy kept her cool & was very pleasant to me & the phone customers. As busy as she was, she offered to help carry the pizzas to the car. I declined her offer since I had another person with me, but really appreciate the fact that she offered; when now days customer service no longer is a top priority for most businesses.

Back to back-Saturday and Sunday night pizza!! First enjoyed the "deluxe" pizza- fabulous!!! Night two ordered sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and jalapeños!!!..... Home run!!! Toppings were fresh, crust perfect and jeep cruising eating pizza-priceless!!! Place is consistently good and the drive up window guy is congenial and "on it"!!! Recommend you give it a try-worth the money!! Enjoy!Carpe diem!!

I am not a fan of chain restaurants. But, we stopped here because every one was hungry for a Pizza Hut pizza. When we walked in, I thought they had a fight in the dinning area. To say it was trashed is being kind. Against my better judgment, we stayed and found a table that was somewhat clean. We sat there waiting for the wait staff for over 15 minutes. They knew we were there because they kept yelling "We'll be right over" every couple of minutes. As I sat there trying not to touch anything, I looked at the place. Half eaten food on the floor everywhere, not just in one spot--the entire dinning area. The buffet was empty and most pans had burned items on them. The salad bar was awful. It looked as though they left the lettuce sit out over night. The more I looked around, the less I wanted to stay. I pointed out this mess to the rest of my party and we decided to leave without ordering. As we left, I heard the kitchen staff yell out; "Thanks and come again." Not in this lifetime.
