Funky, family-owned pizza joint. A large variety of pizzas and salads, some sandwiches and pasta. Some individual tables and some community. Nothing cookie-cutter about this place. Greek salad is particularly good. Basically, self-serve. You place your order at the register, when it's ready, they call out your name. Almost guaranteed to run into people you know.

Bertucci's restaurants are firing-up brick ovens from New England to Virginia, each reflecting the distinct character and local charm of its community. Like the original Bertucci's, every kitchen is open, making our brick oven part of the restaurant exper

This has got to be the best pizza Iâve ever had. Definitely the best cheese pizza Iâve ever had. The place is awesome too, itâs clean and itâs got nostalgic decor. The staff is friendly and upbeat. They have Perroni on draft which is cool too. You must go to a Frank Pepeâs if you get the chance. The cheese pizza is not overrated.

This was a special day for our family. Our grandsonâs Christening. What made it even more special was the outstanding service that prevailed throughout the meal. The array of choices and quality of the food was excellent. Service was prompt, efficient and quite friendly. Pristine is the only word to describe the restaurants interior. Nice bar and very atmospheric. Why travel to Boston , fight the traffic and pay high prices when you can visit local and feast likea king??

Crisp, thin tasty crust, perfect blend of cheese and sauce. Still bubbling from the oven, chunks of tomato, mixed with whatever toppings you get. I get it by the slice, 1 cheese and 1 special of the day! Unique seasonal flavors that are always delicious. They also have sandwiches and salads. Both are very good and priced for the area.

Located on Moody Street in downtown Waltham, Charcoal Guido's goal is to give our guests a great dining experience in a fun, contemporary style restaurant. Enjoy our handmade gourmet pizzas, small plates, pastas made in house, charcuterie boards and entre
Spouse and I ate here with son his wife and 2 grandchildren; 10 yo girl & 13 yo boy. It was mostly the grandson (13 you.) who wanted to come here. The place is relatively small, with limited low seating tables â most are bar-high chairs & tables. The tables and chairs are close to each other and when I wanted to use the restroom I had to squeeze between chairs/tables etc. It is the noisiest restaurant I have ever been in and at one point during dinner I had to put my fingers in my ears to avoid the constant, overwhelming and annoying noise! Also the food choice is quite limited â mostly pasta with lots of cheese with other things (clams, lobster pieces, meat, etc.) on it- but very carbohydrate rich with sauces. I personally avoided all that and had a bowl of mussels â which were fine. We avoided desert because we wanted to leave the place and the noise. So the point is â when we are visiting son & family I will veto eating her ever again. It is NOT the place to go if you want to have a conversation without yelling to those across the table. UGH!

For a small place there is a surprisingly large amount of options besides pizza, but since that is done so well why would one bother?I had a gourmet delight white sauced, garlicy, mushrooms and carmelized oniony. The crackery crust even held its crisp overnight. Several craft beers and a well-priced wine selection, served by a seriously happy waitress underscored why it seemed to be date night for locals.Great place.
