We were keen to drop in for a quick pizza and beer. While the pizzas were fine, the service was terrible. No one greeted us on arrival so we weren't sure whether we just sit at an empty table or wait to be seated. I counted 5 people behind the bar of which 1 person was actually doing something. It wouldn't of taken much for someone to greet us. After no one assisted we decided to just sit down. No one came to the table so I then had to ask for menus. Then after getting menus I once again had to go to the bar and ask yet again for someone to take our order. Still there were lots of people milling around behind the bar while one person was seeing to all the tables. It wasn't even that busy!. Needless to say the drinks and food also took an eternity to arrive. When I asked the waitress if a certain beer was a dark beer, she said yes. Guess what.... it wasn't when it arrived at the table. So if you are after a quick pizza don't bother going here. The pizza was not bad though. Probably the worst service I have experienced in a long time, especially when it wasn't even that busy. I really don't like writing a bad review and this is probably only the second time I have done it. Both times due to poor service.Thank you for the review, we appreciate them all good or bad. We've taken this back to the team and had a good discussion about it. Obviously, we let you down and our service was well below our usually high standard. There are no excuses and we are sincerely sorry that you chose our establishment to dine at and didn't receive the service that you rightly deserved. It was nice to hear you enjoyed the pizza's, and I can promise you that if you ever return the service will be excellent.RegardsEmma

Ordered one salad and starter was very nicely plated with components on the plate. The staff is very friendly and professional and I think this is the only restaurant who do Peroni beer on tap which really accompanies beautifully with the Italian menu offered. I would recommend this place for a good decent meal and drinks.

Pizza and beer Garden Authentic Italian Woodfired Pizza's and over 40 Craft Beers to choose from.
Ms White is one of several establishments in the White Hart hotel building. Ms White sells only two things, beer and pizza. It does both very well in a bench and tables atmosphere in the courtyard. Great selection of craft beers.

If you are looking for one of New Plymouthâs best dining experiences, look no further. Situated within the Puke Ariki museum on St Aubyn street, noted for its stunning architecture and outstanding sea views, Arborio is open seven days from breakfast throu
I ordered scrambled eggs ($12) and grilled tomatoes ($6) served with two slices of toasted ciabatta. Nicely presented. A modest portion. The food was lukewarm. I asked the waiter if a breakdown in communication between the kitchen and front house had caused this. He apologised, and later thanked me for the feedback, adding â1-2 minutes makes a difference.â The bill was discounted by ca $5. The tea was tasty, the restaurant a relaxing space. But I guess in a crowded breakfast market in New Plymouth, Arborio let itself down.

Italian Inspired restaurant. Open for Lunch Monday to Saturday from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Open for Dinner everyday from 5pm 'til late.
We were visiting on a Monday so it wasn't too busy. Despite having a booking our table wasn't set up for the 5 of us, none the less the staff were very accommodating. They were a bit over the top if I were honest, trying a bit too much. Food was really good though so would definitely come back

Gorgeous find, fabulous smiles and amazing iced chocolate. My iced chocolate was smooth creamy and best of all it was a full bodied chocolate flavour, even though I had cream on top it didnât spoil but only enhanced my experience. A busy lunch time didnât prevent our beverages from coming out fast and super delicious. An array of scrumptious fresh cabinet all looked truly spectacular hard to resist. The food that I saw leave the kitchen was mouth watering. You can sit out front either relax on a sofa or sit at a table, we chose to sit out back itâs a covered garden space, so you can enjoy the sun without the breeze.
