Stopped here for lunch about 1:30 PM and they were getting ready to break down the lunch buffet. They asked before we were seated if we wanted it, and we chose not to. That was very nice of them to offer it to us, although it was time to take it down. Our server was very pleasant, polite and attentive. Pizza was piping hot, as it burned the roof of my mouth! Toppings were generous and very tasty. We were in and out in no time at all. If in the area again, we most definitely would stop here again.

I ordered a couple of burgers, as well as a chicken sandwich. At 4 the sides we chose a few different types of fries. The burgers were very very good, the chicken sandwich was reported to be good. The only thing that I would change I wish that the fries were a little more done and crispier. There was no one there at the time, and it took over 20 minutes to get our older which seemed a little long but overall the food was good. I would go again just be more prepared for a wait.

Let me just say that I grew up in New Castle Indiana. I spent many times at Pizza King on Broad St. This particular Pizza King on State Road 3 did not exist when I lived there. I had not been back there for several years but was dreaming of my favorite pizza ever. Once I drove into town this was my first stop. I was with a friend of mine from High School so we stopped to have a late lunch. We ordered a large pizza. Half Royal Feast and half Pepperoni. OMG! It was so crispy, flavorful and OH SO WONDERFUL. These pizzas are not greasy. They are so good. My favorite in the world. The Royal Feast has pepperoni, sausage, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. The pepperoni is so full of flavor and is amazing. No matter what kind of pizza you like you cannot go wrong at this place.

Having grown up in New Castle but as I've moved around the country and traveled the world (yes, pizzas from a fire brick oven in Italia) I have come to appreciate that a Pizza King (Top Hat) Pizza is one of the best values for the money when it comes to "every day" pizza. They consistently use good quality ingredients and always finely chop things so that everything is uniformly spread over the dough. Sound boring? NOT, when you realize the advantages of consistency of cooked ingredients and everything you ordered in every bite you take. (Think Italian pizzas with 3 pieces of wet fresh mozzarella, oozing onto the dough and 4 basil leafs and a few chunks of sausage. May be "classic" but pretty BORING to eat. Thank god for good old american pizza and Pizza King Top Hat is some of the best I've found in 65 years of hunting.

I have eaten at the Top Hat (Pizza King on Broad St.) for a long time. Since the days when it was an old fashioned drive in.The supreme pizza is what you must try. It was made this way many years before the name Pizza King entered the fray. Piles of great toppings that is best eaten hot. The service (it is a walk in restaurant now) is usually pretty good although when it is crowded it may get a little slow as it seems that they are always understaffed. Their other food is good as well but almost everyone goes for the pizza. Nothing fancy, just good pizza that will make you want to come back again and again.If you lump the Top Hat in with the other Pizza Kings it is the best, period.Ate there last a few weeks ago.

This isn't the easiest place to find, for travelers, as it sits back in a strip center. (It is basically next to TACO BELL.) This Mancino's pizza is, as it is everywhere, GREAT. Mancino's facilities are different, and this one had the good food, in an OK facility. The "locals filled" the place, which was an endorsement, to me.
