Tried once, as soon as it is hard to find out a real Neapolitan pizza. Actually, it is, as long as it comes with its high crust... However, I find out some issues which drove me to lower my score. In particular, I do not appreciate the tomato sauce, a bit sour for my palate (less on top, please). Dough is good, well cooked, not salty, crunchy enough; mozzarella on its standards. The other toppers seemed of a good quality. Desserts are very regional, but not astonishing. Finally, the place's atmosphere is not very cozy, sometimes raffish... and the oven is not on sight (quite peculiar to be a pizzeria)!

Pizza in famiglia domenicale. Atmosfera un poâ retrò ma il cameriere è davvero molto molto gioviale e cortese. Pizza buona e crema catalana super. Sono uscito soddisfatto.

During a business trip we decided to dine in Maco and give it a try. The decor inside is warm and inviting. The waitstaff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to to assist. For our starter we decided to order an assortment of antipasto's. Overall good quality and fresh. For our primo's we ordered the tagliatelle in a white sauces with truffles. Very good. For our second dish we order flank steak with some sides of vegetables. The meat was properly cooked, tender and fresh. I would have to say the only downfall of our meal was the wine list. For a bunch of average middle of row wines the restaurant was charging an extremely high mark-up. Usually a restaurant will charge double the cost. Unfortunately, they were charging triple the value for once again average wine. Overall food experience was good, but be aware of the wine costs.

Thin and extra large pizza. Nice to pick in a list split by Italian regions. Good Birra (try the Triticum). All above ruined by a place too noisy and crowded, sometimes fewer table could make a place much better .... Hope that sooner or later the owners would get it.Check at the end: on average

I was recommended to go here by the hotel I'm staying at. Still trying to get used to the "siesta" hours and having lost track of time sight seeing, a call was placed here and I was greeted at 2:30pm with arms open. Everyone was so nice. There was a language barrier but that did not keep three of them in helping me select a good plate.I had a salad to start with. I was presently surprised at all that was in it! Even corn. For lunch itself, I had the Ravioli. I'm not much of a pork person- but this dish had enough "ham" for flavor and the sauce itself was extremely flavorful. As you know, Italians have portion control so don't be fooled by the amount on the plate, the taste itself will fill you up. For dessert I was recommend the "Mascarpone e nutella" by Fabio. .............Oh my word!!! This was just the right amount of sweet after the lunch. On a side note, I met the owner, Rosaria, who has a very touching story. Her Bambino works there too and is the sweetest boy you'd meet. As a family operated business, I'm glad I came by here as the atmosphere was like having lunch at a friend's house. I would recommend.

Visited this restaurant for a quick lunch and were very positively surprised. Very friendly staff, good service and above all ... they make a great pizza. A bit different than what you may be used to, its a bit thicker but very light. Absolutely recomended!Thanks for your very appreciate feedback. hope to see you soon.

Had a pizza here (Milan style, e.g. halfway between Roman and Neapolitan), but the restaurant menu promises more: what we ate was quite good, quantity is OK, overall quality seemed to be good. Pizza variety can satisfy almost all palates, from traditional picks to the house specials. The atmosphere is more compliant to a pizzaria than a restaurant, with little space among tables. Maybe it won't be the most romantic place to go, but in the end, it delivers. The prices are a bit over the average - 25 bucks for pizza+drinks+dessert, but nothing to blame here, mostly because sweets are a must-have.

The Restaurant is located inside the Ticino river park, immersed in a beautiful natural atmosphere - you will have to reach the place preferably by car. Although (during the summer) the place is haunted by helicopter-like-mosquito hordes, do not be afraid, you could enjoy your meal and see the nature through the glass wall surrounding the main room, without being annoyed. They are famous in the neighborhood for pizza or fish: I prefer the 2nd, with great options at the right flavors, with the right portions: so quality and quantity are good enough and come at a right price too: you will spend about 30 EUR for an appetizer+main course+dessert+coffee (wine apart), with quick-n-kind service (according to the number of customers crowding it)... The downside is that the place isn't romantic at all: rooms are too large to offer any kind of privacy. This is not THE place to propose... After that, it is promoted!

Prima volta, ma non sarà l'ultima, location carina molto pulita, in tutti i suoi spazi, gentilezza, cortesia, ci si trova bene, non avevo mai assaggiato la pinsa, una buona selezione, spazia, dalla Margherita, Cantabrico, Morimondo, Trento, Porcino, Rambla, Cotta, Nduja e altro, ed è stata un'ottima novità , sicuramente ritornerò, prezzi adeguati, alla qualità .....

Feel confortable and relax. Have a normal Italian lunch and it taste good.Like it should be in every restaurant. Go with friends or relatives. Schoolboards or just when you have a breake of your everadge work. Food and taste are good.
