The main attraction of this establishment was that it was open!In the event it was just what we wanted after a long drive from the french Alps ie two marvellous pizza's that would cost the earth in London with cold beer and a carafe of Prosecco for my wife - OK, not a destination restaurant but suited us at the time.

Service is terrible. Waitresses are unpolite and rude. Orderd a antipasti, insalata, pizza and risotto. Pizza and antipatsi arrived same time. My wife had to wait an extra 20 minutes for her main dish would arrive. We decided not to wait. Made our complaints and payed the bill. The cook or waiter or son begon to threaten me. Took pictures of our car and the owner called the police. Ive been never ever treated this way in a filthy restaurant with flies all over. Shame on you

Had the Tartufata pizza, so delicious. The service was friendly and fast especially as we were a very large group (about 30 people). Will definitely visit again.

I went to La Lira for an early family dinner. We were not overly hungry as we had also had a large lunch but decided to get some pizzas to share. We were not overly impressed. The pizzas were nice but not outstanding, the service was surprisingly unfriendly and there was a fly in the restaurant who seemed determined to eat our food before we could.

We have been here three times in two weeks, ordering different things each time and have discovered a jewel in our hometown of Montebello Vicentino. The menu is ample and diverse, the location is spacious, both inside and with covered seating outside. There is even a spot set aside for just drinks. Jonida, the manager is there every day and is fantastic, so is Giulia and the rest of the staff. They do all they can to make your dining experience a memorable one. We were not impressed with previous owners, but whomever owns it now has picked a stellar staff. Reservations are generally not needed but not a bad idea, they have several rooms to seat you, and even a loft they can open up. There is Air Conditioning when it is hot. The atomosphere is light and airy as the whole complex used to be a cow barn, my best friend grew up there, so don't miss it, you won't be disappointed. They are open until midnight every night and many just stop in late for a beer, or a coffee. There is a playground for children, and they offer an early breakfast, lunch and dinner.

E' la seconda volta che mangio in questo locale ed ora scrivo la prima recensione.Locale perso nel nulla: la prima volta mi sono trovato a passare ad ora di pranzo e mi sono fermato attirato dai cartelli che reclamizzavano diverse pietanze...ho fatto bene.L'altra sera, invece, ci sono venuto apposta da Trento (!) per la "festa del baccalà avvertito da un messaggio su Whatsapp poiché in occasione della prima visita avevamo lasciato il numero visto che ci eravamo trovati bene.Lascio alle recensioni lasciate da chi mi ha preceduto la descrizione del locale e dei proprietari che approvo incondizionatamente e mi focalizzo sulla serata baccalà :Prenotazione obbligatoria, tavolo ampio, sala troppo rumorosa (ma con quasi 40 persone lì dentro non ci si poteva aspettare diversamente), servizio buono con personale giovane ed apparentemente preso per l'occasione.La cena prevista per le 19:45-20:00 è iniziata con un certo ritardo sull'orario indicato ed è pure partita piuttosto lentamente...alle 21:00 eravamo tutti (almeno il mio tavolo) ancora in preda ai morsi della fame avendo anche quasi terminato il vino.Fortunatamente in seguito è stato un crescendo ed alla fine, con tutti i ripassi, siamo riusciti a "strafogarci" di baccalà fino a non poterne più...tra bis, tris, dolcetti, grappa e caffé siamo usciti alle 23:00 con piena soddisfazione di tutti.Apprezzabile anche che la cuoca si sia fatta vedere al termine della cena a chiedere se era andato tutto bene.⬠112,10 in tre con vino, dolci e grappa ben spesi: per le prossime volte, però, suggerisco vivamente di specificare che nel prezzo non è compreso il coperto (a mio giudizio piccola caduta di stile) e, per attirare anche i mangioni come me, magari far notare come in fin dei conti il cibo sia praticamente "a volontà ".Terrò certamente in considerazione questo locale per le prossime cene a tema: quasi un'ora di strada in montagna per una cena "qualunque" forse per me è un po' troppo...;-).

Blue Star Pizzeria has the best pizza around, you can sit and eat it there, either inside or outside, or order it and take it home. There is a myriad of choices and they will also personalize your pizza if you want something different. The staff is kind and friendly, it's appropriate for a single person or a family, it has a very nice atmosphere. It's right around the corner from our home and has been there a long time, if you're in Montebello Vicentino, drop in and have a pizza, you won't regret it.

For a genuine taste of this region of Italy, look no further than La Taverna. The owners put great emphasis on local produce and specialties, including local cheese, wines and a delicious camomile liqueur. As I was dining with my two children, the pizza (amazingly extensive menu) and gelati options were greatly appreciated!
