The restaurant owners were warm and friendly. They were supposed to close at 230pm but still accommodated us when we made a reservation for 2pm. We only finished lunch at 330pm. Throughout the dining experience, they made us feel welcomed and served us with a smile. The food was also very good and service was fast. A plus point was that there were ample parking lots right outside the restaurant. Highly recommended.

One rainy evening while staying in Monts, France, and after wine tasting and traveling through the beautiful Loire Valley for the day my husband and I noticed that Le Monts Gourmand offered "take away" pizza. "Perfect," we thought - - - and boy were we wrong. The pizza was barely cooked, actually hardly warm, with the crust raw and the cheese barely melted. I can't comment on any other items on the menu, but would recommend that visitors avoid it at all costs. Staying in and eating a baguette and a little chèvre' would be a much better idea.

Pizzas fades.

Bellacitta is an Italian restaurant hold by Italian people, cooking dishes and pizzas in the Italian tradition! All products are selected from small producers and imported directly from Italy without any intermediary.

Notwithstanding 5 trips to France (and many more to Italy) the pizza here ranks with any that I have had. Crust, cheese, sauce and toppings are all fresh and first rate. Unlikely that I will be in this picturesque small town again, but if I am this will be my first stop.
