Located in the heart of the town, close to most anything (groceries, churches) , this location has plenty of parking and offers quick service. we got to try their new menu including pizzas with names like Pretzel Piggy and Hot and Twisted. We got our order within 10 minutes of calling.

How can you beat $5.38 for a full, hot and ready pizza? Stopped by for a pick up on Super Bowl Sunday. 8 slices for 2 people---just enough and delicious. Convenient and a tremendous value.

You really can't beat the $5 price tag for the lunch deal! I mean...that pizza is filling...and a drink!! Fantastic! I just love their deep dish crust (love that they give you all those corners! Mmm!). Bear in mind...this is not gourmet pizza...it's just pizza that's good enough to conjure a craving!! And the price...well that can't be beat!

I checked this place out tonight to see why it seemed to be so popular. Like any new place I figured it would wear off by now. But being a Saturday evening it was well attended. We were seated right away. The service was good and the drinks were also pretty good. We ordered the tavern style pizza which was very good but hard to cut with a knife on the plastic plates. All in all, I was not too impressed with the ambiance, and it was very noisy. Probably a location I wonât be a regular customer

Although the bar/restaurant looks just like it did back in the day...somehow it's been updated...thinking it's the paint! Looks really sharp!Went for dinner on a Friday night and they were pretty busy...would have been 10 minutes for a table, but once we got sat at the bar, we were very comfortable! Super nice bartender!We had the bruschetta appetizer which was very good, but different from the expected...this is served on soft Italian bread rather than a crustini. We also had an Italian Beef and a pizza. Everything was delicious!We'll be back!

Wonderful place, great service. Waitress was wonderful and accommodating (we needed 6 separate checks). If you need a delicious alternative to Home Run Inn and Lumanaties (not sure about the spelling) this is the place. We had the Sears Tour (which was delicious) and the house salad with creamy garlic dressing (which was ok, the dressing). And the Red Sangria was refreshing and went well with the pizza and salad. Great place to try if you are in McHenry, Illinois.
