They cease to impress the best pizza in town, always reliable and friendly and delivered to the door, what more could you ask for.

Had a great lunch of meat lovers pizza which was lovely with a great base. 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio and 2 coffees. The service was really friendly and this restaurant although a little noisy has a great atmosphere. The only downer is the coffee could be hotter.

Tonight was the first time I've been severely disappointed with karrara pizzas. Tonight they were so soggy and tasteless. It was like they had thrown some frozen pizzas in the oven. I talked up these pizzas so much to friends tonight and now I'm embarrassed. Luckily I had my boyfriend and brother here to back me up in saying they're normally the best. I won't be ordering from them ever again. Very sad.

We did not enjoy our ham and pineapple Hawaii pizza unfortunately (and I am NOT a fussy eater). Unfortunately our base was not cooked enough and still quite doughy in the centre. Our topping was predominantly ALL pineapple and looked like they had just tipped a complete large can all over the top and gone to no effort. For $27.50 approx I expected better. Will not be returning sadly which is a huge pity because I always do everything possible to support local business.

Going strong for 16 years in an area that has seen some big name of the restaurant game come & go. Goodlife Modern Organic Pizza are still doing lots of things right. It starts with great tasting pizza, which start with fantastic local ingredients. Very good service backs up the great food so there is a lot to like here. Also has one of the best garlic breads ever! And there are gluten free options which Iâm told are good too.

Traditional pizza, pasta and Italian mains presented in an enduring chain with an easygoing vibe. Bookings and walk-ins welcome. Open public holidays.
The restaurant itself is rather bland and plasticky, and you'll have a view of the car park. If you can put that to one side then you can have some good Italian style food at a reasonable price, with outstanding, friendly service. Barramundi was cooked perfectly and was a decent size. There was a chicken special n the menu which was a large piece of very succulent breast meat in a tasty sauce. I'm not sure it was a good idea to put it on a bed of sweet potatoes chips, as they became a bit soggy, but I enjoyed it anyway.

I've been coming to Adelaide for over 20yrs and I can't remember the first visit to mommas, but it must have been a long time ago and this is a regular stop. Great pasta and pizza always...its an automatic choice for a great informal Italian feed.

Over the years, it has become an icon to the Glenelg locals. The Strand prides its self on maintaining a high quality and consistent level of hospitality. The Strand welcomes all customer. It is friendly and relaxed, which is evident with the large amount
The Strand is my favorite restaurant to eat in Glenelg. Iâve been there with friends and family many times for various occasions and special nights out. I recommend it often at my workplace to colleagues and to other friends. I really love the food, friendly staff and atmosphere. Iâm not sure if the restaurant has the same chef, or if itâs changed hands but last weekend it just didnât deliver. The same friendly staff were great as usual but the food wasnât as good. I always order the same dish - a delicious salad dish which is covered in an amazing lemon dressing. My meal this time however looked dry and didnât appear to have any dressing at all. My husband politely asked if they could bring me some. Apparently the chef has changed the sauce to beetroot, which (to me!) wasnât nearly as good. My sister and mother ordered Morton Bay bugs. These meals had a few Morton Bay bugs on a massive bed of raw red cabbage with a tiny sprinkling of walnuts and beetroot. Although the copious layers of red cabbage was colorful garnish, it was inedible. Hungry afterwards, we told the waitress it was inadequate and she said sheâd change the menu to make the meal an entree rather than a main meal. My sister and mother subsequently asked if they could possibly have some bread because they were still hungry. We were disappointed afterwards to see that we were charged extra for both the bread and the dressing. To me, it just seemed petty. When I mentioned it politely to the waitress afterwards, she gave me a dollar coin. It was a kind gesture but I felt it was demeaning and it embarrassed me. The other meals at our table were delicious as usual. If it were my restaurant, I wouldnât want people to leave dissatisfied and /or hungry.
