RELAX - Right on the beach of Marina di Pisa, in the province of Pisa, is the Restaurant Pizzeria Ancient Cliff. A friendly and very welcoming, decorated with a simple and soberly elegant, where the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. FISH - The menu of
February 2018. Sunny sunday in Marina di Pisa, my first ever vist here. Quite a few place to eat were closed, this being winter. I opted to go here and settled inside [music a bit too loud for my liking] and soon after the place became busy. Plenty kids with mama's who seemed to have left the husband at home! I tried the starter [mussles], good, but not much that could go wrong with that. I had the "Vele al Marlin" pasta dish which was very tasty indeed, so would recommend that for fish lovers. Also had a grilled fish [good size but I would expect that for 16 Euro]. The bill, including a bottle of white [15 Euro], a doube coffee, and small mineral water bottle [no dessert] came to Euro 56 smackers. A bit steep for a sunday lunch perhaps?! No surprise that most people eating here ordered mostly just first courses. Would I come back, probably not...unless somebody else pays the bill ))

We found this place while looking for a Sunday lunch stop after our visit to the major sights. It's located on a quiet lane near the main shopping street, and has pavement tables opposite. Not a glamorous setting but adequate. The menu is extensive: a selection of typical Italian dishes, and an enormous selection of pizzas, with almost every combination of toppings (mostly named after famous footballers). Distinctive in offering a good selection of beers including local craft beers. We chose pizzas and a side salad. The pizzas were fine, but nothing special. The salad was very good. The waitress was good too, though she struggled a little to cope as the number of customers built up. Overall this was fine. Capodimonte offers friendly service, adequate food and good value for money. Nothing more, nothing less.

We have been to this restaurant a number of times, and have had generally very good experiences, but you have to plan ahead.Book a space on the terrace, and be aware that there are 2 terraces - a more external one, directly on the sea and perfect for a romantic dinner in the summer, and one just beside it, between the external terrace and the restaurant. This may be a better bet if you are with someone who easily feels too chilly (we had an elderly relative with us for our last visit, e.g.).I prefer to go in the summer and sit outside, but the restaurant is open year-round and it can be very impressive to hear the waves breaking outside.Ask the waiters for advice, and ask to see the fresh fish: you'll get a better deal.

We took the local bus from Pisa to the marina bout 15 minutes away and very reasonably priced. Fabulous cocktails and delicious pizzas on the seafront. Even though they were fukky booked and very busy they even brought out a table especially for us to sit outside as all the tables were already taken and it was such a beautiful evening - too nice to be inside. As we left we were treated to the most beautiful sunset to end a fabulous day.

Ristorante veramente esoso, senza motivo.

We happened upon this quaint little restaurant by chance and ended up eating there a few times. The pizza was by far the best i think Iâve ever tasted - cooked perfectly and served quickly. If youâre ever near Marina di Pisa, stop by at this restaurant and see if you agree with me. I doubt youâll be disappointed.

Pizza restaurant . Seafood specialties , inner hall and large garden in the summer months . Availability for parties and ceremonies . Takeaway .
We went hoping to get some delicious pizzas before flying home (Pisa Airport is an eight minute drive) however I did not realise that they don't serve pizzas at lunch time. The menu came in Italien but the helpful waiter helped us to choose. We had the meat/cheese platter for two (our first for the holiday) which was delicious. Secondly we had - different to the printed menu - spaghetti bolognese which was the best we had ever tasted. This is not an upmarket establishment HOWEVER it is very clean and well laid out. It has an outdoor terrace and very smart, clean toilets. While we ate there, there was a steady stream of locals and workmen who can to eat and chat and recharge ready for an afternoon of hard graft. This is a wonderful establishment..
