I've been in this place for a dinner with coworkers. When you enter, you go down through a stair and you arrive in a "cellar wine"; everything is very characteristic and particular. Restaurant offers entirely Italian food: a lot of variety of pizza, pasta and second dishes. Taste is a quite different from original Italian, but itâs ok. Price is very competitive, moreover we got offered Italian coffees (espresso) and grappa. The owner is very gentle and he can speak Italian language; his favorite refrain is âbella croccante!â about his pizza, he's so funny.

Attentive and friendly staff. Fun decour. Iâve always leaned more to Neapolitan style pizza, but Iâm going to be much more open minded going forward. La Pinseria really does it right. We also had side salads, those were quite enjoyable. I wanted to try dessert, but I was full. They have a short, but very well chosen wine list. My only complaint is they arenât closer to my house! If they were, I would be a regular customer!!

I went here with friends because the place is a local hot spot and its pizza and salad days are highly frequented. I had the Pizza Quatro Formaggi and wasn't too taken. It was good but not special, the salmon pizza tasted amazing, though and everyone else really enjoyed their pizza. Also, they were huge and the pizza deal was great!! What kinda put me off was that the male staff seemed rather annoyed by our big group, which isn't too great a customer service.

I was promised by a friend, real Italian! This lives up to the billing. You wonât drive by this on the road, you have to know itâs a fabulous food and service restaurant on the edge of football fields. Handmade pasta and pizza. Full course menu. Good wine selections. You wonât want to leave.

Normally I am very critical with pizzarias but here I was realy surprised and amazed by the pizza. The location is quite good, close to Schillers house/museum, with tables next to the street (only for residents, so not too much trafgic).And for the service, plain south-european hospitality.And then comes the Pizza. Capriciosa. Just perfect. Simple, just as an real italian pizza should be. Perfect dough. Perfect coocking.I will come back just to check if they can reproduce this pizza master piece.
