If you want good, quasi-style NY pizza in Lutz, this is the place to go. The only other pizza you will find in the area is Dominos, Pizza Hut, Marcos, and they are not great. I saw one reviewer said the non-pizza items were just so-so, and I would tend to agree. One notable exception is the cheesesteak, which when ordered with just cheese and onions is pretty good.
Here at Mod pizza, I had the most flavorful pizza which is called the âKevin.â It is a pumpkin flavored pizza with Canadian bacon, arugula, cheese, sweet peppers and you can add cinnamon sugar and roasted corn to make the pizza more sweet. It was absolute delicious and perfect to keep yourself in the seasonal spirit. The service was so kind and even suggested ways to make the pizza more favorable! I loved it! So thanks to you Mod pizza for making my tummy happy! Signed off by yours truly,-The Girl in the Yellow Sweater

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had in the Tampa Bay area. People making the pizza are from New York and you can hear it when they talk. Super friendly folks and pizza so good you'll slap your grandma!

We eat at Pizza Suprema a few times a year and they never disappoint. Their pizza is good but my favorite food is their Stromboli. When ordered with double meat, it is off the charts good. They always provide enough marinara for dipping which is excellent as well. Must try it!

We wanted something to eat after a long day at the State Fair and decided to give this a try. It was not crowded like the restaurants by I-75. We all got something different and were pleased. The waitress was friendly and informative. The prices were very reasonable and they even offer a military discount.

This place is okay, but not worth the price. Inside, the restaurant is really loud. I don't know why we design restaurant spaces with high hard ceilings that reflect every bit of sound... Service was a mixed bag. The check in staff made us wait for an inside table, even though we asked for an outside table, where there was plenty of open space (maybe they could not hear us; did I mention it is really loud?). Our server, however, was excellent. The pizza was high quality and cooked just right, but the crust was sweet. I have no idea why anyone thinks sugar has any place in pizza crust (other than the small amount required for the yeast), and if you like Domino's Pizza I cannot help you...the crust here is not Domino's sweet, but the sugar flavor is noticable. With a nice tip, we spent $30 for a large cheese pizza, one salad, and one drink (I had free water) - a bit pricey for what we got. There are better options for pizza out there.

We have always enjoyed the pizza here. Usually get a black olive, pepperoni, spicy sausage pizza. Has a nice spicy kick. Did take out for first time online. Loved the idea that you can pick the time you want to get the pizza. Have fun

Stopped in for a quick lunch and we were very pleasantly surprised. Ordered the chicken parm grinder and it was cut up chicken which made us initially apprehensive. But it was moist and cooked to perfection. It is served open faced and was obviously baked in the oven as the roll was the perfect amount of crunchiness. The serving size was very big. Service was friendly and efficient. Can't wait to go back and try other things from their large menu.

My wife and I found this neighborhood gem on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. If love pizza, this place is excellent. The parking lot was filled with customers picking up their pizza selections. We sat in the restaurant dining room, which was large and comfortable. My wife ordered veal topped with eggplant and I had the veal parm. Both were excellent and came with a salad and garlic knots. Extensive menu of entrees, pizza, sandwiches and salads.

A meal at this restaurant is truly and experience. The wife chose salmon and I picked a succulent rib-eye steak. The salads were made from locally grown ingredients, as were the exquisite sides. The service was quick and direct. We hardly had enough time to complete our enjoyment of the piano bar show.Although they had about a dozen inviting deserts, our large, excellent meal prevented sampling these delicacies. Our total two meals including a generous gratuity came to $125 without any alcohol. For that special occasion or when itâs time for a world class dining experience, you should definitely consider Benedettoâs!Recommended without hesitation.Your special celebrations deserve to be treated with elegance and enjoyed in a relaxing environment. Our piano bar sets the mood right for any evening, and we're so excited you're a fan of our music. We look forward to seeing you back in for many more dates nights and celebrations.
