Lloydminster is a Canadian city which has the unusual geographic distinction of straddling the provincial border between Alberta and Saskatchewan. Unlike most such cases (such as Texarkana and Kansas City), Lloydminster is not a pair of twin cities on opposite sides of a border which merely share the same name, but is incorporated by both provinces as a single city with a single municipal administration.

I ordered on-line for delivery. My entire order was screwed up and took longer than expected. They did deliver my proper order after calling to complain. Tip 1: Check your order before you tip the driver and he leaves. It will shorten your wait time for the right order. Bonus: What we finally got was very good food for no extra money and we kept the whole thing.
Serving great quality pizza using hand tossed dough made daily, quality toppings spread over our signature sauce and topped off with 100% mozza cheese. Then baked in a brick oven to perfection. Pizza by the slice or by the pie.
Always order for delivery and they have a very thick pizza and don't short out toppings. Price is worth pizza. Only problem sometimes don't, have delivery
Decided to try something new and since this was a new pizza parlor in the area figured we would try it out. We were visiting the area from out of province and our kids recommend we try a Donair pizza and we fell in love. Not knowing how big the large pizza's we were we ordered a total of 4 and while we were waiting for them to be prepared the manager came out and gave us two bottles of pop to take with us. Great place and I will most definitely be back.
Seriously the best pizza in Lloydminster. We usually order from there a couple times a month. The crust is phenomenal as it's covered in sesame seeds. Normally I can take or leave crust, but it's one of the best things about this pizza! Generous toppings and always super fresh. Best part: They deliver to Blackfoot!!
I went to the Dominos here in Lloydminster on the evening of Monday, April 25th. I walked in and there were no employees about, apart from a man in uniform who I think was a delivery man, stood playing on his cellphone.I stood there for a couple of minutes, like an idiot, waiting for the man to acknowledge me. When it became clear he was just going to keep ignoring me and didn't care to help me on his own accord, I spoke up and asked if there was anybody working here.He looked at me like he resented me interrupting him on his phone, and disappeared in to the back. A minute or so later he returned with another man, who looked equally unwilling to work. He also looked disheveled and dirty. Not particularly wanting to order pizza anymore, I decided to just order some cinnastix and go get a pizza from Papa Johns instead.I asked him how long it would be, and he said ten minutes. So I left the building and ran another errand in order to pass the time. When I returned, ten minutes later, I had the exact same experience as earlier. No sign of the second fellow, just the delivery man still stood playing on his phone. I approached the counter and made a loud 'ahem'. He did not acknowledge me. I coughed loudly, and still he refused to lift his eyes from his phone, even though he knew full well that I was stood there.I looked and could see my cinnastix had come out the other side of the oven and were just sitting there, getting cold. I had a good mind to just walk over myself and grab my food. I'd already paid for it. Had I not already paid for it, I wouldn't have even bothered picking it up, given this terrible service. In hindsight I should've just asked for a refund.Losing patience, I called out, "Are you going to go get that guy again or are you just going to let me stand here while my food gets cold?" He gave me a silly look like how dare I interrupt him on his phone, and like I was inconveniencing him. He disappeared and returned a couple minutes later with the other guy, who looked equally unhappy about my return.I told him I was here to pick up the cinnastix, and his reply was, "They're almost done," as if they were still cooking and I had showed up early."Isn't that them right there?" I said, pointing at my lonely, cooling order. He said something in another language to the delivery guy, took the order from the oven and sliced and boxed it up and gave it to me, seemingly relieved that I was going to finally leave and stop interrupting their evening.I've long been a fan and customer of Dominos, but no more. Never have I ever felt less wanted as a customer, anywhere. You'd think that in this recession they would be grateful for their jobs and for every customer, but no, apparently not Dominos. As a result, I'm jumping ship to Papa Johns, who are much friendlier and eager, AND offer free pizza once you have bought a few (they operate a points system).Dominos has absolutely lost me, and I'm spreading the word of this experience to all my friends and on social media. If they don't want to serve their customers then they can't expect to be around for much longer.

For Papa John's Pizza in Lloydminster, AB, the secret to success is much like the secret to making a better pizza - the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. Whether it's our signature sauce, toppings, our original fresh dough, or even the box
Went to a friends for a party and he ordered from Papa Johns. We got a few pizzas and three orders of wings, bbq, chipotle and a third. The order came and all the wings were plain. We phoned back and they said not to eat the wings, they would be replaced. So the drivers comes back with two dipping sauces and a bag of sauce.........are you kidding me? Is that a screw you or what? Don't let e driver leave till you check your order!
Enjoyed a great supper delivered to our hotel room. We ordered an Antipasto salad, chicken wings and a large pizza. The salad was crisp, fresh and delicious. Chicken wings are fire grilled and super tasty. Pizza was hot and delicious as well. Recommend the thin multigrain crust. This was our first experience with Panagos and wonât be our last based on this meal. Good stuff
We ordered in to our hotel room, which was on the SK side, and Pizza Hut wouldn't cross the border! I'm glad because the Pizza from Family Pizza was as good or better, they delivered, and they were prompt. I'd buy from the local shop again next time I go to Lloyd
Where to eat American food in Lloydminster: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Great food Decently priced Didn't like the call centre and how they do the ordering. Took me 9 minutes to place my order, as the people taking my order said my hotel didn't exist or wasn't in their system. I had three different people talk to me. Hotel is relatively new but still port year n half old.

I love this Boston Pizza. It's probably my favourite restaurant in town. Other places have arguably better food, but I always feel so at home in Boston Pizza. My usual meal today was perfection. It's probably the best the chefs have ever made it.Service, on the other hand, was weirdly slower than usual. It wasn't that busy; I went at around 2pm. The restaurant was maybe half full. I stood at the counter for probably a solid 3 minutes before anybody came to greet me and find me a seat - to the point where I was fed up of standing around so took a seat on one of the benches beside the till. If I didn't love BP's I probably would've gone elsewhere... or at least to the bar side, next door, although I much prefer it in the restaurant. They sat me at a booth and my waitress, Kate, took my drink order. My meal order was also taken fairly promptly. But when they brought the amazing food I realised I had no cutlery. It was another lady who brought me my food, and she went and got me some cutlery, which took a few minutes - and in the mean time my food was cooling. The cutlery was brought, and I tucked in, and by this point had near finished my pop. I was near the end of my meal by the time somebody else (not Kate) came and asked if I wanted a refill.I had completely finished my meal (and the second glass of pop) by the time Kate came and asked how the food tasted. It was even more delicious than usual (if that's even possible), and I then had to ask her for a refill as she didn't offer. I pondered about getting a dessert. At first I told her I just wanted the bill, as I was beginning to get fed up with the service, but then I changed my mind. I had a bit of a cheesecake craving, so I ordered a slice of cheesecake. That came pretty promptly and, like the meal, also tasted good. But then began another long wait to get my last refill and then the bill. It really took ages. Good thing they have free WiFi and I didn't have anywhere else to be (well, apart from household chores which I was avoiding), as I just sat and played my games while I waited. And waited. And waited. And finally Kate brought me the bill. I gave her a lesser tip than usual because I really couldn't understand why she was so slow. The food was great and came quickly, but her actual service left a lot to be desired. She wasn't on the ball with the refills at all, and I had an empty glass for at least half of my visit. She didn't ask me until after the meal whether it tasted okay - didn't check on me at all while I was eating. I had to ask someone else for cutlery and my food cooled while I waited for it. Kate also took forever to bring the bill at the end. I was looking around and it really didn't seem that busy; like I said at the start, it was maybe half full. I heard she'd forgotten to give another table cutlery, and I heard another table getting impatient about the long wait for their bill as well. All in all, not up to BP's usual standard of service!Kate did tell me that it was her last day today (she's heading back to school). So maybe her mind was on other things, or maybe her heart really wasn't in it. When I visited on August 15th she served me then too, and she was awesome - friendly, upbeat, and on-the-ball. Today (the 29th August) she was sub-par, but like I said she probably had her mind on other things. It's just a shame that she didn't leave on a good note in my head. Mind you, I'm glad there's a reasonable explanation and I don't have to worry about the standard of service in general at BP, which I'm sure is still fantastic. She no doubt just had an off day. It's still my favourite restaurant and I'll probably be back again soon as a friend gave me some BP gift cards! It's probably the only place in town I feel comfortable going and dining alone while my wife is at work and my friends are busy. They really do make you feel like family, and the place has a very comfortable atmosphere.I'm still rating it the usual 5*s, because I can understand why Kate wasn't up to par today, and the food was incredible, as ever. I'm kicking myself for not getting a photo of the pizza because it looked SO good.Hi, there! Thank you so much for the awesome review and for the love! We're glad to read that you enjoyed your food, but we're really sorry that you weren't entirely satisfied with the service. We'll be sure to share your feedback with our team. Hopefully, we can make your next visit a 5-star visit! We look forward to seeing you again soon.
